Նոյեմբերի 24-ին Գյումրու Ախուրյան համայնքի «Մոր և մանկան առողջության կենտրոն»–ում նորածին է մահացել։ NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում մահացած նորածնի հորաքույրը՝ Տաթև Սարգսյանը, նշեց, որ երեխան առողջական խնդիրներ չի ունեցել։

 «Երեխան ծնվել է  նոյեմբերի 22-ին, մեզ ասել են, որ նա կատարյալ առողջ է, չունի ոչ մի խնդիր։  Ավելի ուշ տարել են երեխային, եղբորս կնոջն ասել, որ ուղղակի հարկավոր է որոշ ժամանակ թթվածնի սարք միացնել, որպեսզի ավելի շուտ ընտելանա միջավայրին։ Մենք ասացինք՝ եթե խնդիր կա, այլ հիվանդանոց տանենք կամ դեղորայք առնենք, բայց նորից ասացին, որ ոչ մի խնդիր չկա, երեխան առողջ է։ Նոյեմբերի 23-ին երեկոյան ժամը 10-ին մենք տեսել ենք երեխային, ամեն ինչ նորմալ էր»,–պատմում է երեխայի հորաքույրը։

Տաթև Սարգսյանի խոսքով, դրանից հետո էլ երեխայի մայրը գիշերը մի քանի անգամ գնացել է երեխայի մոտ, կերակրել նրան։ Լուսադեմին, սակայն, երեխան մահացել է։

 «Ու մենք չգիտենք՝ ինչ է պատճառը։ Հարցնում ենք՝ ով է պատասխանատու. մանկաբույժ Ֆատիմա Գրիգորյանը, որն այդ օրվա հերթապահն է եղել, ասում է՝ ես տեղյակ չեմ, բուժքույրն ընդհանրապես ձայն չի հանում։ Անգամ ժամը չգիտեն՝ երբ է մահը գրանցվել։ Հիվանդանոցի փոխտնօրենն ասում է՝ դա պոստ է, այդտեղ միշտ մարդ պետք է լինի։ Բուժքույրը սակայն այդ ժամանակ քնած է եղել»,–ասում է նորածնի հորաքույրը։

Հարազատների խոսքով, հերթապահ բժիշկն այդ ընթացքում հիվանդանոցում չի եղել։ Ֆատիմա Գրիգորյանը նրանց հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ հիվանդանոցից ընդամենը 100 մետր հեռավորություն վրա է գտնվում իր տունը, գնացել էր հանգստանալու։ Ավելի ուշ պարզվել է, որ վերջինս Գյումրիում է բնակվում։

Քննչական կոմիտեի փոխանցմամբ, դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել հանկարծամահության հատկանիշներով։ Մահվան պատճառները պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Նախաքննության շրջանակներում այլ քննչական գործողություններ ևս կատարվել են և շարունակվում են։ Բայց նշում են՝ մահվան պատճառի, հնարավոր բժշկական սխալի առկայության կամ բացակայության մասին հնարավոր կլինի վարույթի շրջանակներում հստակ տվյալներ տրամադրել միայն փորձաքննության եզրակացությունն ստանալուց և դրանք ձեռք բերվելիք այլ փաստական տվյալների հետ համադրելուց հետո։ 

Ախուրյանի «Մոր և մանկան առողջության կենտրոն»–ից  հրաժարվեցին մեկնաբանել տեղի ունեցածը, միայն նշեցին, քննություն է ընթանում, դրանից հետո կպարզվի միայն, արդյո՞ք բժիշկներն են մեղավոր։ Կենտրոնի փոխտնօրենը չպարզաբանեց նաև՝ արդյոք հերթապահ բժիշկն ու բուժքույրը շարունակում են աշխատել հիվանդանոցում։ Մահացած նորածնի հարազատների փոխանցմամբ, նրանք շարունակում են աշխատել «Մոր և մանկան առողջության կենտրոն»–ում։
