Ղրիմը կլիներ Ուկրաինայի մաս, եթե չլիներ 2014 թվականի հեղաշրջումը, հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, փոխանցում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։
«Եթե չլիներ 2014 թվականի փետրվարին տեղի ունեցած հեղաշրջումը, և եթե այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Վիկտոր Յանուկովիչի և ընդդիմության միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը կյանքի կոչվեր, Ուկրաինան դեռևս ամբողջական կլիներ, իսկ Ղրիմը կլիներ դրա մի մասը։ Նրանք չկատարեցին այս պայմանավորվածությունը, փոխարենը հեղաշրջում արեցին»,- ասել է Լավրովը ամերիկացի լրագրող Թաքեր Կառլսոնին տված հարցազրույցում։
Նա հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանն անկեղծորեն շահագրգռված է Դոնբասում հեղաշրջումից հետո սկսված հակամարտությունը դադարեցնելու հարցում, սակայն դրա համար անհրաժեշտ էր, որ Մինսկի պայմանավորվածությունները լիովին իրականացվեին։
«Բայց նրանք սաբոտաժի ենթարկվեցին Ուկրաինայում հեղաշրջումից հետո ստեղծված կառավարության կողմից։ Պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց, որ այս կառավարությունը պետք է ուղիղ երկխոսության մեջ մտնի հեղաշրջումը չընդունող մարդկանց հետ և չխթանի տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը Ուկրաինայի այս հատվածի հետ։ Կիևի ռեժիմը հայտարարել է, որ երբեք ուղղակիորեն չի խոսի նրանց հետ»,- նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը։
