Այս թիմը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի դրոշով է եկել իշխանության, և ընդամենը մի քանի տարում այնպիսի կոռուպցիայի մեջ է թաղվել, որ ես չգիտեմ, եթե բոլոր նախկին իշխանությունների հետ համեմատվում էին այն ամենավատ դրվագներով, համեմատելի՞ են, թե՞ չէ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը:

«Ես հասկանում եմ, որ այս պնդումը մեր հայրենակիցներից շատերի մոտ զարմանք կարող է առաջացնել, որովհետև այս թիմը պոպուլիստների թիմ է, և իրենք խնդիր չունեն ասելու այն, ինչ մարդիկ ուզում են լսել: Երիտասարդները նաև չեն ասոցացվում այդ կոռուպցիայի հետ։ Հիմա մեր խնդիրը, որպես ընդդիմություն, այն է, որ տեղեկատվությունը, որ մենք ունենք ու տեսնում ենք, որը հենց կոռուպցիան է, շահերի բախումը, խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամական կապերը, հովանավորչությունը, դա ցույց տալն է:

Ինձ թվում է՝ հիմա Հայաստանում նախկինում բարձրաստիճան պետական պաշտոնյան զբաղեցրած որևէ գործիչ նայում է այս մարդկանց ու ապշանքով ասում՝ ինչի այսպե՞ս էլ կարելի էր: Իրենք եկան ոչ թե կոռուպցիան արմատախիլ արեցին, ոչ թե պայքարեցին դրա դեմ, այլ դրա համար ավելի քաղաքակիրթ, օրինական մեխանիզմներ գտան:

Շատ էին խոսում, որ ծրարով գումար են տվել, իսկ մեկ անձից գնումները ի՞նչ են։ Գաղտնի հրամանագրերով սեփական թիմին պարգևավճարներ տալը, սեփական թիմի նախարարների եկամուտը հավելավճարներով 2 մլն դրամի հասնելը ի՞նչ է: Կամ իրենց շրջապատի մարդկանց մոտ ձեռներեցության տաղանդը նոր բացահայտվե՞ց,

Օրինակ, Տիգրան Ավինյանի մոտ:

Ամենաակնառու օրինակը, ասում էին՝ նախկին իշխանությունների ժամանակ ռեյդեր կային, փայ մտնել կար: Նախկին այդ իշխանությունները ուղղակի չեն ֆայմել այդ ռեյդերը, անվանել ընթրիքներ։ Եթե քաղաքակիրթ ձևով կազմակերպեին ու անունը դնեին ընթրիք Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սերժ Սարգսյանի կամ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հետ, ոչ մի խնդիր չէր լինի: Այս իշխանությունները ստեղծել են համակարգային մեխանիզմներ համակարգային կոռուպցիայի համար։ Կոռուպցիոն բերված է համակարգային մակարդակի, դրա համար ստեղծվել են գործիքներ և դրա շահառուներն էլ շատ չեն, դրա շահառու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և իր ընտանիքն են ու իր ամենամերձավորները»,- հայտարարեց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը:

Նա նկատեց, որ կոռուպցիա է նաեւ այն, որ մեկ տոննա կոկաինի 200 տոննան ինչ-որ տեղ կորչում է. «Թե՞ կոռուպցիան մենակ այն է, որ պետավտոտեսուչը 5000 դրամ է վերցնում: Հլը մեկ տոննա կոկայինի մեկ գրամի գինը համեմատեք այդ 5000 դրամի հետ»:
