«Գիտե՞ք՝ ինչո՞ւ իշխանությունները բանակցային գործընթացի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն չեն ներկայացնում, շատ պարզ բացատրություն կա՝ ՀՀ անունից բանակցող կողմը կարմիր գծեր չունի։ Երկրորդ, Հայաստանի անունից բանակցողները կարմիր գիծ չունեն, որովհետև Փաշինյանն ընկած է Ալիևի ավտոգրաֆը ստանալու հետևից»,- ԱԺ ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը։

Հայկ Մամիջանյանն ասաց, որ անընդունելի է հավասարության նշան դնել հայ փախստականների և Հայաստանից գնացած ադրբեջանցիների միջև։

«2020 թվականի աղետալի պատերազմից հետո անդադար մենք խոսում էինք այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականության և Փաշինյանի թիմի ապիկարության ու անգործության հետևանքով մի տեսակ հավասարության նշան դրվեց համաշխարհային հանրության համար Լաչինի միջանցքի և այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» միջև, որն էլի անընդունելի էր՝ և աշխարհաքաղաքական, և միջազգային իրավունքի, և միջազգային հարաբերությունների տեսանկյունից, որովհետև դրանք բացարձակ նույն բաները չէին։ Բայց դա արվեց, որը բերեց այն հետևանքներին, որոնք ունենք այսօր։ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը մասնակցում է այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» ինչ-որ կոնֆերանսի ու այնտեղից էլի ինչ-որ պայմաններ հնչեցնում Հայաստանին։ Տարբերակը՝ մեռած ձևանալ, ինչպես անում են փաշինյանենք, չի աշխատելու, մեռած ձևանալով՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ չեն բանակցում։ Դու պիտի հստակ քո կարմիր գծերն ու պահանջները նշես»,- ասաց նա։
