Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

2016թ. գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար երկրի հողօգտագործողներին անհրաժեշտ 6 մլն լիտր դիզվառելիքը մատչելի գնով` լիտրը 280 դրամով նրանց տրամադրելու հարցում աջակցելու նպատակով կառավարությունն իր ս.թ. հունվարի 29- ի նիստի որոշումներից մեկով հատկացրել է 330 մլն դրամ սուբսիդիա: Դիզվառելիքը նշված գնով կհատկացվի ՀՀ մարզերի համայնքների հողօգտագործողներին, գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվներին, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության կազմակերպություններին և ՀՀ ագրարային համալսարանի գիտական կենտրոններին:

Մեկ այլ որոշմամբ կառավարությունը հողօգտագործողներին աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել մատչելի գներով պարարտանյութի ձեռքբերման հարցում` «Բերրիություն» ԱՄ- ի Մասիսի շրջանային միավորում» ՍՊԸ- ին որպես սուբսիդիա, դրամաշնորհ և բյուջետային վարկ հատկացնելով ավելի քան 1,7 մլրդ դրամ և «Հրաշք այգի» ՍՊԸ- ին` ավելի քան 157 մլն դրամ: Դրա շնորհիվ 32 հազար տոննա ազոտական պարարտանյութի 50 կգ կշռող մեկ պարկը ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ հողագործներին և կազմակերպություններին կտրամադրվի 6 հազար դրամով, 320 տոննա ֆոսֆորական, 840 տոննա կալիումական պարարտանյութերի մեկ պարկը` 7 հազար դրամով: Հողօգտագործողներին կտրամադրվի նաև անցյալ տարվանից մնացած պարարտանյութի ավելցուկը: Ծրագրերով ձեռք բերված 6 մլն լիտր դիզվառելիքի 100 հազար լիտրը, ազոտական պարարտանյութի 600 տոննան, ֆոսֆորական պարարտանյութի 248 տոննան և կալիումական պարարտանյութի 255 տոննան հանձնվում են ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը որպես պահուստային քանակ` ըստ անհրաժեշտության օգտագործելու համար:

Որոշումների նախագծերը մշակել են ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմը, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունները, ՀՀ մարզպետարանները: Գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների իրականացման գործում գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին աջակցելու նպատակով 2012, 2013, 2014 և 2015թթ. իրականացվել է հողօգտագործողներին դիզելային վառելանյութի և պարարտանյութի մատչելի գնով ձեռքբերման պետական աջակցության 12 ծրագիր: Ակնկալվում է, որ գյուղացիներին ցուցաբերվող պետական աջակցությունը կնպաստի հողի բերրիության բարձրացմանը և հողօգտագործողների եկամուտների ավելացմանը:
