Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գոծերի նախարարության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալներ Արծրուն Միքայելյանի, Մանվել Թամրազյանի գլխավորությամբ Երևանում իրականացրել են փայլուն օպերացիա, որը կրել է «Գտնել ու պատժել սրբապիղծին» անունը։ 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էր ստացվել, որ Երևանի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Արման Նահապետյանը անցնելով բարոյականության բոլոր սահմանները սրբապղծություն է իրականացրել Արցախյան պատերազմում նահատակված 2 հերոսների ծնողի նկատմամբ։

Նրան հայտնաբերելու համար Շենգավիթի ոստիկանները 100-ից ավելի տարածքներում են եղել, քանի որ կասակծյալ Ա․ Նահապետյանը անընդհատ փոխելիս է  եղել իր գտնվելու վայրը։ Շենգավիթի համայնքային ոստիկաններին հաջողվում է օպերատիվ տվյալներով ճշտել, թե որտեղ է գտնվում ստահակը ու նրան Երևան քաղաքի Արա Սարգսյան փողոցում հայտնաբերում և խարդախություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով տեղափոխում են ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին։

Պարզվում է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները հավաստի էին, ապա ոստիկանության  Շենգավիթի բաժին է հրավիրվում զոհված հերոսների մայրը, Երևանի 41-ամյա բնակիչը, որտեղ էլ պարզվում է, որ Ա․ Նահապետյանը 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերից մինչև 2024 թվականի հունիս ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ նահատակված 2 հերոս տղաների շիրմաքարերի պատվերի համար զոհվածների ծնողից առձեռն ստացել է 12 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար, ինչից հետո ճիվաղը ոչ միայն չի տեղադրվել շիրմաքարերը այլև տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով հրաժարվել է գումարը վերադարձնել։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք ինչպես նաև Ա․ Նահապետյանը ներկայացվել են  ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին։
