Երբ Նիկոլը եկավ իշխանության, մնացել էր լուծելու 5396-ից ընդամենը 453 ընտանիքի տանիքի ապահովման հարցը։ Այս մասին իր տելեգրամյան «Կարճ ասած» ալիք-ում գրել է Yerevan Today»-ի խմբագիր Սևակ Հակոբյանը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կնոջ հետ այցելել է 1988թ․ երկրաշարժից տուժած Վանաձոր, Սպիտակ, ապա՝ Գյումրի։ Ծաղկեպսակներ է դրել երկրաշարժի զոհերի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշակոթողներին և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել նրանց հիշատակին։

Ուշագրավ է, որ Նիկոլը Գյումրիում չի մասնակցել հենց այսօր տեղի ունեցած Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ եկեղեցու վերաօծման արարողությանը: Ծաղկեպսակը դնելուց ու խոնարհվելուց անմիջապես հետո հեռացել է Գյումրուց ու թռել Փարիզ՝ Աստվածամոր տաճարի վերաբացմանը մասնակցելու։

Դուրս է գալիս՝ մեր Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու, Գյումրու գլխավոր տաճարի վերաօծմանը չի մասնակցում, բայց գնում է Մակրոնի հետ պաչիկ-պուչիկ անելու ու Թրամփի հետևից վազելու։

Ի դեպ, իսկ ի՞նչ է արել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Գյումրու համար, աղետի գոտին վերականգնելու համար։

Այստեղ հիշենք, որ Աղետի գոտին վերականգնելու աշխատանքները սկսել են երկրաշարժից ուղիղ 10 տարի անց՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի իշխանության գալուց հետո միայն։ Այդ ընթացքում Շիրակի մարզում գործարկվել է 458.000 ք/մ բնակելի շենք: Գյումրիում հանձնվել է 85 բազմաբնակարան շենք՝ 2095 բնակարանով: Այդ տարիներին պետական բյուջեի աջակցությամբ գործարկվել է բնակարաների գնման ծրագիրը, որի շնորհիվ հարյուրավոր գյումրեցի ընտանիքներ ձեռք են բերել բնակարաններ: Գյումրիում սկսեցին վերագործարկվել արտադրություններ, բացվել նոր աշխատատեղեր, դպրոցներ, մշակութային հաստատություններ կառուցվեցին, ենթակառուցվածքներ ստեղծվեցին ու զարգացան։ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետի ավարտից հետո շարունակվեց կիսատ մնացածի վերականգնումը։

Երբ Նիկոլը եկավ իշխանության, մնացել էր լուծելու 5396-ից ընդամենը 453 ընտանիքի տանիքի ապահովման հարցը։ Փոխանակ խնդիրը լուծելու, Նիկոլը սկսեց ամբաղ-զամբաղ հայտարարություններ անել։ Օրինակ՝

  • 2018թ․ դեկտեմբերի 7․ «Չկա գնահատական, թե ինչ ասել է աղետի գոտի»։
  • 2019թ․ սեպտեմբերի 16․ «Օրինակ մարդը գնացել է կազինոյում խաղացել է, իր տունն ու ունեցվածքը պարտվել է, և հիմա ապրում է վարձով կամ տուն չունի, հիմա դա նշանակում է, որ պետությունն իրեն բնակարանով պիտի ապահովի՞»։
  • 2019թ․ դեկտեմբերի 6․ «Տնակներում ապրող բոլոր քաղաքացիների նակտմամբ չէ, որ պետությունն ունի պարտավորություն․․․»:
  • 2019թ․ դեկտեմբերի 7․ «Մարդ կա ստացել ա փողը, տունն առել ա ու վաճառելա ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով ու հիմա չունի: Էդ մարդու նկատմամբ պետությունը պարտավորություն չունի»։

Էդ ամենը քաջ իմանալով, 2021թ․ գյումրեցիները գնացին ու գյուռ-գյուռ ընտրեցին Փաշինյանին։ Եթե չեմ սխավում, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ղեկավարած «Հայաստան» դաշինքը Գյումրիում հավաքեց բոլոր մարզերի ու խոշոր քաղաքների համեմատ ամենաքիչ ձայնը։

Երևի հենց դա գնահատելով, Փաշինյանն այս օրով նախընտրեց Քվազիմոդոյին, քան սգո էջը փակող ու վերածնվող գյումրեցուն»։
