Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Աննա Հակոբյանը՝ «Կրթվելը նորաձև է» քաղաքական-հասարակական արշավի շրջանակում հերթական հանդիպումն է կազմակերպել, որին ներկա է եղել նաև Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը, ինչը և սպասելի էր, քանի որ օրեր առաջ հրապարակային իր լիարժեք աջակցությունն էր հայտնել Աննա Հակոբյանին:
Մենք նրան ուշադրության կենտրոնում չէինք պահի, եթե նա չլիներ գործող սպա և պաշտոն չզբաղեցներ Վ.Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ակադեմիայում, ինչի մասին նախորդ հոդվածում արդեն գրել ենք:
168.am-ը գրավոր հարցում է ուղարկել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն՝ պարզելու՝ գործող սպան կարո՞ղ է աշխատանքային ժամին ծառայության հետ կապ չունեցող միջոցառման կամ հանդիպման մասնակցել, եթե Աննա Հակոբյանի հետ 6-ժամյա քննարկումը ծառայության հետ կապ ունեցող է համարվում, ապա կանոնադրության մեջ և փաստաթղթերում համապատասխան սահմանում պիտի լինի, քանի որ զինվորականի ցանկացած քայլ դե յուրե, ըստ էության, կանոնակարգված է:
Մենք նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունից փորձել ենք պարզել՝ արդյո՞ք Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը թույլ չի տալիս Սահմանադրության 14-րդ հոդվածի խախտում, որի համաձայն՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերը քաղաքական հարցերում պահպանում են չեզոքություն և քաղաքացիական վերահսկողության ներքո են»: Հարցման պատասխանը ստանալուն պես կներկայացնենք:
Նախորդ հոդվածում հարցադրում ենք բարձրացրել, որ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի դեպքում հատկապես, ըստ էության, Աննա Հակոբյանի արշավին հրապարակային և լիարժեք աջակցությունը քաղաքական կողմնորոշման դրսևորում է, քաղաքացի Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի դեպքում ընտրությունն իրենն է, բայց գործող սպա Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը որոշակի սահմանափակումներ պիտի ունենա, և ոչ թե Աննա Հակոբյանի սոցցանցերում, օրինակ, ակտիվ մեսիջներ հղի «տգետներին»:
