Կկարճվե՞ր լրագրողի դեմ քրգործը, եթե ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարություն չաներ (տեսանյութ)
INTERVIEWԽոսքի ազատության պաշտպանության կոմիտեի նախագահ Աշոտ Մելիքյանը, ներկայացնելով Հայաստանում խոսքի ազատության վիճակի և լրագրողների ու ԶԼՄ-ների իրավունքների խախտումների մասին 2015 թվականի զեկույցը, ուշադրություն հրավիրեց iLur.am լրատվական կայքի խմբագիր Քրիստինե Խանումյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործին: Հիշեցնենք, որ նա մեղադրվում էր iLur.am կայքում հրապարակված տեղեկատվության աղբյուրը չբացահայտելու համար։ Դատախազությունը պահանջել էր գաղտնազերծել 1 տարի առաջ կայքում հրապարակված լուրի աղբյուրը (Եվրոպայի եռակի չեմպիոն ըմբիշի եղբոր վրա Շիրակի մարզի արդեն նախկին ոստիկանապետի հարձակման մասին): Քրիստինե Խանումյանը հրաժարվել էր բացահայտել տեղեկատվության աղբյուրը, քանի որ տեղեկատվության աղբյուրների պաշտպանությունը լրագրության անբաժանելի մասն է եւ խոսքի ազատության հիմնարար պահանջը:
Հուլիսի 16-ին մամուլի ազատության հարցերով ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Դունյա Միյատովիչը հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ ասաց, որ տեղեկատվության աղբյուրների գաղտնիության բացահայտման պարտադրանքը կարող է սարսափելի հետեւանք ունենալ ազատ մեդիայի համար, իսկ աղբյուրների պաշտպանությունը բխում է հանրային շահից: Հուլիսի 24-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտնեց, որ Քրիստինե Խանումյանի դեմ քրեական գործը կարճվել է:
Past.am-ը Աշոտ Մելիքյանից հետաքրքվեց, թե արդյոք քրեական գործը կկարճվեր, եթե Միյատովիչը համապատասխան հայտարարությամբ հանդես չգար, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ ԽԱՊԿ-ի նախագահն ասաց, որ մինչև այժմ եղել են դեպքեր, երբ անգամ խնդրին անդրադարձ է եղել միջազգային հարթակներում, սակայն դրական որևէ տեղաշարժ չի եղել: «Այս պարագայում ուղղակի շատ ակնհայտ էր լրագրողի և լրատվամիջոցի իրավունքի խախտումը, շատ ակնհայտ էր տարբեր օրենսդրական նորմերի խախտումներով»,- ասաց Մելիքյանը:
