Դեռահասների խմբավորումներն իրոք օգտագործում են սոցիալական ցանցերը, որպեսզի իմանան, թե երբ են աստղերը լքում իրենց տները և երբ են վերադառնում: Օգտվելով նրանց բացակայությունից` դատարկում են նրանց շքեղ տները: Այս հանցագործություններից շատերը բացահայտվել են:
Փերիս Հիլթոն
Փերիս Հիլթոնի հոլիվուդյան առանձնատունը միայն 2008թ.-ին կողոպտել են 5 անգամ՝ տանելով 2 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ դիզայներական հագուստներ և զարդեր: Պետք է նշել, որ այսքան շատ կողոպուտների մեղավորը հենց Փերիսն էր: Գողերը կարողացել էին ներս մտնել դռան դիմացի շորի տակ թողնված բանալու միջոցով:
Քեյթ Մոսս
2010թ.-ին Քեյթ Մոսսի լոնդոնյան տուն գողեր էին ներխուժել: Այդ պահին տանը բացի նրանից եղել են Մոսսի բոյֆրենդը և մայրը: Բայց գողերն այնքան կամաց էին գործել, որ նրանցից ոչ մեկը չէր արթնացել: Գողերը տարել էին 100 000 ֆունտ սթերլինգ արժողությամբ արվեստի նմուշներ, որոնց շարքում էր նկարիչ Բենկսիի շատ արժեքավոր նկարը:

Մինչ 2009թ.-ին հայտնի դերասանուհին հանգստանում էր Կանադայում իր սիրեցյալ Հայդեն Քրիստենսենի հետ, գողերը 6 անգամ ներխուժում են նրանց տուն:
Նրա պահարանը ամբողջովին դատարկել էին, տարել էին դիզայներական պայուսակներ, կոշիկների մեծ հավաքածու, զարդեր և շատ այլ իրեր` 130 դոլար ընդհանուր արժողությամբ:
Լինդսի Լոհան
2009թ.-ին գողերի այդ նույն խմբավորման զոհն է դարձել Լինդսի Լոհանը: Մեկ անգամից դեռահասները նրա տանից տարել էին 130 000 դոլար արժողության զարդեր և իրեր: Բարեբախտաբար, երբ նրանք նորից էին եկել, ինչ-որ բան նրանց վախեցրել էր, և նրանք չէին հասցրել որևէ բան տանել:
Օրլանդո Բլում
Մինչ հանրահայտ դերասանը Նյու Յորքում էր, նրա բնակարան նույնպես երիտասարդ գողեր էին ներխուժել: Նրանք պատուհանից մտել էին Օրլանդոյի տուն, տարել էին մի քանի Rolex ժամացույցներ, դիզայներական հագուստ և զարդեր` մոտ 500 000 դոլար արժողությամբ:

2009թ.-ի հոկտեմբերին Քորթնի Քարդաշյանին պատկանող տանը գողերը կարողացել էին անջատել ձայնաազդանշանային համակարգը, ներխուժել տուն և տանել 100 000 դոլար արժողությամբ զարդեր և թանկարժեք իրեր: Քարդաշյանների ընտանիքը հայտարարել էր, որ կասկածում է, որ գողերին ինֆորմացիա են տվել կա՛մ տան աշխատողները, կա՛մ ծանոթ մարդիկ:
Քիրստեն Դանստ
Կողոպտում են աստղերի ոչ միայն տները, այլև հյուրանոցային համարները: «Սարդ մարդը» ֆիլմի գլխավոր հերոսուհի Քիրստեն Դանստը 2007թ.-ին զրկվել էր իր 13 000 դոլար արժողությամբ «Balenciaga» պայուսակից և գրեթե 3 000 դոլար կանխիկ գումարից: Նրան թալանել էին այն ժամանակ, երբ նա միայն երկու րոպեով լքել էր «Soho Grand Hotel»-ի իր համարը:
Բեքհեմների ընտանիք
Երբ Բեքհեմների ընտանիքին պատկանող իրերը սկսեցին վաճառվել մեկը մյուսի ետևից «Ebay» աճուրդով, Վիկտորիայի մայրը՝ Ժակլին Ադամսը, հասկացավ, որ նրանց ինչ-որ մեկը գաղտնի կերպով թալանում է: Նա այցելեց իր աղջկա տունը Հատվորդշիրում և հայտնաբերեց, որ կորել էին դիզայներական հագուստներ և զարդեր` 5 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ: Գլխավոր կասկածյալները դարձան փայլուն հեղինակություն ունեցող և նրանց տանն ավելի քան 10 տարի աշխատող տնտեսուհիները:
