Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է.
Եթե Ասադը հեռանար 2011-ի արաբական դեռևս խաղաղ ընդվզումների ժամանակ, չէր լինի երկիրը քանդած քաղաքացիական պատերազմը, չէին լինի մոտ 600 հազար զոհերը, ավերված քաղաքները, 4-5 մլն փախստականները, 6-7 մլն ներքին տեղահանվածները։
Եթե 2008-ին չլիներ Սահակաշվիլու հանցագործ արկածախնդրությունը, չէր լինի ռուս-վրացական պատերազմը, չէր թափվի այդքան արյուն, չէին լինի կորուստները։ 2024-ին աշխարհը փոխվեց այնքան, որ Վրաստանն ունի լուրջ հնարավորություններ՝ խաղաղ ճանապարհով վերականգնելու իր համագործակցությունը, իսկ գուցե նաև՝ ազդեցությունը՝ Աբխազիայում ու Հարավային Օսիայում։
Եթե 2021-ին հեռանար Նիկոլը, այսօր կլիներ հայկական Արցախ և արտաքին սպառնալիքներն էապես թուլացած կլինեին։ Մենք կունենայինք ուրիշ իրականություն։
Եթե 2022-ին (կամ ավելի վաղ) հեռանար կամ հեռացվեր Զելենսկին, պատերազմը կդադարեր շատ արագ, չէին լինի միլիոնի հասնող զոհերը, ավերված երկիրը, տասնյակ միլիոնավոր փախստականներն ու տեղահանվածները։
Բայց Ասադը գնաց 2024-ին՝ թողնելով ավերակներ, համատարած մահ ու միլիոնավոր ընտանիքների ողբերգություն։ Զելենսկին հավանորեն գնալու է 2025-2026-ին՝ թողնելով ավերակ երկիր, անվերջ մահ ու ողբերգություն։ Իսկ առաջիկա տասնամյակում երկու երկրների էլիտաների փոփոխության արդյունքում հավանորեն խաղաղ ճանապարհով Ուկրաինան կգտնի կորսված ու մարտադաշտի վերածված տարածքների զգալի մասում համակեցության տարբերակներ։
Անհատների դերը պետությունների կյանքում ահռելի է, բայց նրանք ի վերջո հեռանում են, միակ հարցը նրանց մնալու ընթացքում թողած ավերածության ու ցավի չափերն են՝ նրանց մնալու գինը։
Եթե 2025-2026-ին հայ ժողովուրդն անի ճիշտ ընտրություն, իսկ նոր իշխանություններն իսկապես լինեն նորը, ապա Հայաստանը որպես պետություն կմնա, իսկ առաջիկա տասնամյակում տարածաշրջանայինն նոր իրողությունների պայմաններում խաղաղ ճանապարհով վերականգնման շանս կունենա հայկական Արցախը։
