Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները դեռ շատ կվերլուծվեն, իսկ դրանց հետևանքները երկար զգացնել կտան, սակայն թեմային արժե մեկ այլ դիտանկյունից անդրադառնալ:
Սիրիական բանակը թվաքանակով բավականին մեծ էր և ինչպես ցույց տվեցին իրադարձությունները, նվազագույն պաշտպանություն ապահովելու սպառազինություն և ռազմական տեխնիկա ուներ:
Սկսած ժամանակակից ՀՕՊ այնպիսի համարգերից ինչպիսին «Պանցիր»-ն է, դեռ չեմ խոսում C-300-երի մասին, վերջացրած հրթիռա-հրետանային այնպիսի համակարգերից, որոնք այսօր էլ ժամանակակից պատերազմներում կիրառվում են` «Ուռագան», «Գրադ», «Դ-20» և այլն: Ռազմական ավիացիան թեև խնդիրներ ուներ, սակայն հարձակվող ուժերի հնարավորությունների պայմաններում, կարելի էր էֆեկտիվ գործածել:
Մյուս կողմից ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներն էին, որոնք թեև կիրառում էին տարբեր նշանակության ԱԹՍ-ներ, սակայն դրանք անխոցելի չէին, իսկ հիմնական հարվածային ուժը խոշոր գնդացիրներով պիկապ մեքենաներն էին:
Ասադի իշխանության անկման հիմնական պատճառները մի քանիսն էին, սակայն դրանցից կառանձնացնեմ բարոյալքվածությունը, ինչն առաջին հերթին ընդգծված էր բանակի շարքերում:
Ես չեմ կարող ասել, թե կոնկրետ Սիրիայում ինչպե՞ս և ինչու՞ էր բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակն այդպիսի վատթար մակարդակում, սակայն փաստ է, որ տարիներով կառուցված բանակը մի քանի օրում կազմալուծվեց:
Ես այս մասին շատ եմ խոսում և գրում, որովհետև Հայաստանի իշխանության բառապաշարն ու մոտեցումները ևս բարոյալքման տանող քայլեր են և դա դրսևորվել է ինչպես 44-օրյա պատերազմի տարբեր փուլերում, այնպես 2021-22 թվականների ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի օրերին:
Քիչ կարևոր է, թե ինչ սպառազինության և ամրությունների է տիրապետում բանակդ, եթե զորքերում բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակը ցածր մակարդակում է:
