MBG Hospitality ցանցի հիմնադիր Կարեն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է ԵՊՀ Տնտեսագիտության ֆակուլտետի ուսանողներին

MBG Hospitality ցանցի հիմնադիր, գործարար Կարեն Մարգարյանը դասախոսությամբ հանդես է եկել ԵՊՀ տնտեսագիտության ֆակուլտետի ավարտական կուրսի ուսանողների համար: MBG հիմնադիրը կառավարման ապագա մասնագետներին ներկայացրել է HoReCa ոլորտում իր փորձառությունը և խոսել Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման հնարավորությունների մասին: Կարեն Մարգարյանը ուսանողներին փոխանցել է իր տեսլականը HoReCa ոլորտում ունեցած փորձի և հաջողության բանալիների մասին՝ շեշտադրելով նպատակասլացության ու գաղափարների իրագործման կարևորությունը։

«Մեզ համար առաջնային է տեսլականը, գաղափարը, որը դառնում է իրականություն: Երբ հավատում ես դրան, այն դառնում է նպատակ և փոխակերպվում է եկամտի: Իսկ երբ նպատակ կա, իրադարձություններն սկսում են ավելի բարեհաջող դասավորվել ու աջակցել ներդրողին կամ ղեկավարին: Կարևորը՝ միշտ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել նպատակը և չշեղվել դրանից»,- նշել է MBG Hospitality ցանցի հիմնադիր Կարեն Մարգարյանը:

Կարեն Մարգարյանը ապագա կառավարիչներին ներկայացրել է ռեստորատոր դառնալու, Հայաստանում կոնցեպտուալ ռեստորանների ցանց ստեղծելու մոդելներն ու դրանց համակարգման պրոցեսների առանձնահատկությունները:  Նա հայտնել է, որ իր կողմից ստեղծված բիզնեսի ապագան տեսնում է հայկական խոհանոցի նորովի բրենդավորման և դրա ֆրենչայզինգի իրագործման մեջ: Ըստ ռեստորատորի՝ այս հարցում մեծապես կարող է նպաստել հայակական Սփյուռքը:

Դժվարությունների մասին խոսելիս Կարեն Մարգարյանը ասել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր բիզնես սկսելիս նախևառաջ անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել մոդելներ և նշանակել դրանց ճիշտ պատասխանատուներին, որոնց ընտրանքը նույնպես բավականին դժվար է, քանի որ հաճախ որակավորված մասնագետներ գտնելը դժվարին գործ է:

Ավարտին՝ Կարեն Մարգարյանը ամենահետաքրքիր հարցի հեղինակին նվիրել է պրոֆեսոր Էրին Մեյերի «Աշխարհի մշակույթների քարտեզը գիրքը»:

Ֆակուլտետի ղեկավար կազմի հետ քննարկման արդյունքում նախնական պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել ֆակուլտետի ուսանողների մասնագիտական պրակիտիկան կազմակերպել նաև MBG Hospitality-ում:
