Այսօր Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության օրն է, շատ մեծ հույս ունեմ, որ առաջիկային նաև մեր բոլորի ջանքերով կկարողանանք վերականգնել մեր տունը։ Այս մասին Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցչության դիմաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
«Տարօրինակ պիտի չլինի և ոչ էլ զարմանալի, որ այս իշխանությունը, չակերտավոր ասած, ոչ միայն ուղերձով, այլ որևէ կերպով անդրադարձ չի ունենում, որովհետև իրենք արդեն բազմաթիվ առիթներով վկայել են այն մասին, որ Արցախն իրենց համար նույնիսկ որպես հողատարածք, աշխարհագրական միավոր, գոյություն չունի, թեպետ իրենք էին ամենաշատը դրա մասին խոսում։ Մեզ մնում է անընդհատ հիշեցնել, թե խորհրդանիշների մասին, թե Արցախի ինստիտուցիոնալ վիճակի մասին, դրանք կլինեն Ազգային ժողով, նախագահի ինստիտուտ, զանազան այլ գործառույթներ, որ մեր Արցախի Հանրապետությունն ունեցել է և շարունակում է ունենալ։ Առաջնային խնդիրն այսօր պիտի լինի այն, ինչ հնարավոր է վերականգնել և ձեռք բերել, սակայն միակ խոչընդոտն այսօրվա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններն են: Մեզ համար ամոթալի է, որ դեռ Բաքվի բանտերում են գտնվում ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը, մարդիկ, ովքեր նաև այս սահմանադրության, մեր պետության կայացման հիմքերում են»,- ասաց Սրբազանը:
Անդրադառնալով Սրբազան պայքարին, Բագրատ Սրբազանն ասաց.
«Սրբազան պայքարի էությունն ու բովանդակությունը չի փոխվել, ժամանակահատվածն էլ` կապված է միայն և միայն նրա հետ, որ մենք վերջնականապես մեկ անգամ դուրս պիտի գանք և հարցը փակենք: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ է մարդկանց կարծիքով այն ձգձգում, որովհետև այն փուլերը, որ մենք անցել ենք, մեզ բավականին լուրջ մտորումների տեղիք են տվել, թե վստահության իմաստով, թե հանձնառության իմաստով, թե նպատակների մեջ ազնիվ լինելու իմաստով, և ես ուրախ եմ, որ այս ընթացքում բազմաթիվ խմբեր, այցելում են մեզ իրենց պատրաստակամությունը, հանձնառությունն են հայտնում, այսինքն այդ մտածումը, ապրումը, սպասումը, տրամադրությունն առկա է: Ուզում եմ վստահեցնել, որ ինչքան որ կտևի այս շրջանը, մենք դուրս ենք գալու հրապարակ և ավարտին հասցնենք այս սկսած պայքարը»:
