Դատարանը վարույթ է ընդունել Հանրային ռադիոյի նախկին տնօրեն Գարեգին Խումարյանի հայցն ըննդեմ Հանրային Հեռարձակողի Խորհրդի: Այս մասին Գարեգին Խումարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել:

«Բարդ, լարված և չափազանց հետաքրքիր այս տարին կարևոր լուրով եմ ամփոփում։ Դատարանը վարույթ է ընդունել հայցս ըննդեմ Հանրային Հեռարձակողի Խորհրդի (ՀՀԽ), որը, մեծի մասամբ բաղկացած լինելով գործող իշխանությունների թիմակիցներից և համախոհներից, ամիսներ առաջ չեղարկելով անկախ մրցութային հանձնաժողովի ինստիտուտը, փաստացի իրեն էր վերապահել Հանրային ռադիոընկերության տնօրեն ընտրելու իրավունքը և վերջին 15 տարվա մեջ առաջին անգամ ռադիոյի տնօրենի «ընտրություն» էր անցկացրել առանց անկախ ընտրիչների, ինչի հետևանքով Հայաստանի Հանրային Ռադիոընկերության ղեկը հանձնվել էր վերջին շուրջ 30 տարին արտասահմանում բնակված օտարերկրյա քաղաքացու (ասում են՝ հայկական անձնագիր էլ ունի, բայց վստահ չեմ), ով «մրցութային» հարցազրույցի օրն իսկ իր մշտական բնակության երկրում էր և ՀՀԽ անդամների հետ շփվում էր հեռավար։

 Փոխարենը Հայաստանում էր նախորդիվ, երբ «մրցույթի» ընթացքին զուգահեռ «մրցույթի» պատասխանատու՝ ՀՀԽ նախագահ Արա Շիրինյանի հետ միասին հայտնվել էր Կառավարության շենքի մատույցներում, ինչի փաստը երկուսն էլ չեն հերքում։ Իմ տվյալներով՝ զբոսանքը մատույցներիով չէր ավարտվել։

ՀՀԽ առանձին անդամներ հրապարակային իրենց խոսքում առանձնապես չեն էլ թաքցնում, որ խնդիրն անցած տարի վարչապետ Ն․ Փաշինյանի Հանրային ռադիոյին տված հարցազրույցի կապակցությամբ հրապարակածս խմբագրական հոդվածն է, և որ ինձ չընտրելու որոշում ունեին դեռ մրցույթը չհայտարարած։ Գործընթացները զարգանում էին պետական մարմինների աշխատանքի, սահմանամերձ շրջանների խնդիրների, հասարակական-քաղաքական առանցքային դերակատարների լուսաբանման շեշտադրումների, ինչպես նաև Հանրային ռադիոընկերության աշխատակիցների սոցցանցերում մասնավոր կարծիք հայտնելու ազատության վերաբերյալ իմ և խորհրդի անդամների միջև խորացող անհամաձայնության ֆոնին։

Լայն իմաստով ողջ այս պատմությունը պարզ մի բանի մասին է՝ ո՞ւնի արդյոք իշխանությունը հանրային հեռարձակմանը միջամտելու իրավունք։ Ես պնդում եմ, որ չունի և սույնով ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ անվստահություն հայտնել Հանրային Հեռարձակողի Խորհրդի նախագահ Արա Շիրինյանին, անդամներ Արամ Սուքիասյանին, Արփի Ոսկանյանին, Վահագն Թևոսյանին, Վասակ Դարբինյանին և Վարուժան Օլքինյանին՝ հանրային հեռարձակման բնույթին և արժեքներին հակասող վարքագիծ դրսևորելու կապակցությամբ։

Վստահ եմ՝ դատարանը բավարարելու է հայցս, լինելու է նոր՝  մրցույթ և շուտով վերադառնալու եմ աշխատանքի։

Սակայն ողջ այս պատմությունն անիմաստ է առանց հանրային հեռարձակում իրականացնող ընկերությունների կառավարման մարմինների ձևավորման և պաշտոնավարման սկզբունքների լիակատար վերանայման, ինչպես նաև հանրայինների խմբագրական ազատությունը երաշխավորող նոր մեխանիզմների ներդրման, ինչին անկասկած շարունակելու եմ հետամուտ լինել»,-գրել է Խումարյանը։
