ArmLur.am-ի տեղեկություններով` «Էրեբունի Ալկո» ընկերության սեփականատեր Հայկ Մարգարյանի որդին՝ Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը կասկածվում է Երեւանում հնչած կրակոցների մեջ։

ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ կասկածյալ Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը օրերս է ազատ արձակվել բանտից, իսկ ահա նրա եղբայրը մեկ այլ քրեական գործով կալանավորված է։

Ավելի վաղ Shamshya.com-ը գրել էր, որ դեկտեմբերի 11-ին կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում: Ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությանն էրեբոնու բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արցախի փողոցի 47/2 հասցեում կրակոցներ են հնչել:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Վլադ Բազունցի գլխավորությամբ:

Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Գասպարյանի և գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Արտակ Սիրադեղյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Տեղում պարզվում է, որ ոստիկանության էրեբունու բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է:

Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվում է ատրճանակից կրակված 11 պարկուճ:

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Համբարձում Պետրոսյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ:

Դեպքի փաստով էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էր քննչական խումբը, ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանները օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով պարզում են կրակոցներ արձակողի ինքնությունը ու նրա հետ տանում են բացատրական աշխատանքներ, ով ինքնակամ ներկայանում է էրեբունու ոստիկանություն՝ ներկայացնելով նաև հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ կասկածյալը Երևանի բնակիչ 46-ամյա Հովհաննես Մ.-ն է, ով Հայաստանում հայտնի գործարաններից մեկի սեփականատիրոջ որդին է, և նա վերջերս է ազատվել քրեակատրողական հիմնարկից:
