ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հանձնարարագրի հիման վրա Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետները ստուգում են իրականացրել ՀՀ Վայոց Ձորի Արենի համայնքի Չիվա գյուղի 5-րդ փողոց, 9 շենք հասցեում գտնվող միջնակարգ դպրոցի տիպային (մոդուլային) շենքի կառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքների նկատմամբ։

Ստուգման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքում խախտվել են շինարարական նորմերի բազմաթիվ պահանջներ, որն  առաջացրել է շինության որակի  հետ կապված էական խնդիրներ։

Ստուգման արդյունքների հիման վրա Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ «Կանժիլստրոյ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը՝ «Քաղաքաշինության բնագավառում իրավախախտումների համար պատասխանատվության մասին»  օրենքի 12-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հիմքով ենթարկվել է վարչական պատասխանատվության։

Բացի այդ հիմք ընդունելով արձանագրված խախտումները և ղեկավարվելով «Քաղաքաշինության բնագավառում իրավախախտումների համար պատասխանատվության մասին» օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածով՝ Տեսչական մարմնի կողմից մրջնորդություն է ներկայացվել  ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահին՝ քննարկելու «Կանժիլստրոյ» ՍՊ ընկերությանը քաղաքաշինական գործունեություն իրականացնելու լիցենզիայի կասեցման հարցի  վերաբերյալ։

ՀՀ ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնի միջնորդության և լիցենզավորող հանձնաժողովի որոշման արդյունքների հիման վրա 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 6-ի ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահի  հրամանի համաձայն «Կանժիլստրոյ» ՍՊ ընկերության՝ քաղաքաշինության բնագավառում տրամադրված շինարարության իրականացման լիցենզիայի գործողությունը կասեցվել է։

Կասեցման ժամկետ է սահմանվել մինչև խախտման պատճառների վերացումը։
