ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը սուտ է համարում տեղեկությունները, որ Հովիկ Աղազարյանի մանդատը դնելու պահանջը վարչապետի կնոջից՝ Աննա Հակոբյանից է եկել և ինքն է պնդում, որ ամեն ձևով, ամեն մեթոդով Հովիկ Աղազարյանը զրկվի մանդատից:
«Տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանը աշխատում է «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամում։ «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամը որևէ ձև, որևէ կերպ չի առնչվում ՔՊ կուսակցության հետ, խմբակցության հետ: Դրանք լրիվ տարբեր աշխատանքներ են և ես ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ, որ տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանը նման պահանջ չի ունեցել և չունի: Ընդհանրապես քաղաքականությամբ շատ քիչ է հետաքրքրվում»,-ասաց Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը, ով Աննա Հակոբյանի եղբայրն է:
Դիտարկմանը, որ ըստ որոշ լուրերի առաջիկա ընտրություններում ՔՊ-ի ցուցակը կարող է նաև Աննա Հակոբյանը գլխավորել, նա ասաց. «Շատ բան են ասում, այնքան բան են ասում: Օրինակ, ինձ էլ ասում էին, որ ես ծխախոտի մաքսանենգությամբ եմ զբաղվում: Ես հաղթեցի բոլոր դատական ատյաններում և եղան վճիռներ, մարդիկ ներողություն խնդրեցին ինձ զրպարտելու համար: Սկսած Միքայել Մինասյանից, բոլոր մասնակիցները, ովքեր որ ինձ զրպարտում էին և ինձ համարում էին ծխախոտի մաքսանենք, ես բոլոր ատյաններում հաղթել եմ դատերը և նրանցից ոմանք արդեն ներողություն են խնդրել»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ դատարանները իշխանության ձեռքում են, Հրաչյա Հակոբյանն ասաց. «Բա բա որ դատարանները մեր ձեռքում են, այդքան ընդդիմադիրների վրա քրեական գործեր կան, ինչի՞ են նրանք ազատության մեջ: Եկեք մի հատ հասկանանք, դատարանները մեր ձեռքում են, թե մեր ձեռքում չեն»:
