Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը ռուսաստանցիներին կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ մասնավոր և աշխատանքային ուղևորություններից դեպի Միացյալ Նահանգներ և նրա դաշնակից երկրներ՝ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունների կողմից կամայական կալանավորման վտանգի պատճառով։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում։
«Պաշտոնական Վաշինգտոնի մեղքով փլուզման եզրին հայտնված ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններում աճող առճակատման համատեքստում մասնավոր կամ պաշտոնական պատճառներով Միացյալ Նահանգներ մեկնելը հղի է լուրջ վտանգներով», - Զախարովայի խոսքերն է մեջբերում «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը։
Զախարովան նշել է, որ գերատեսչությունը բազմիցս անդրադարձել է այս խնդրին, սակայն առաջին անգամ է, որ այդ հարցի վերաբերյալ ուղղակի դիմում է հնչում ԱԳՆ-ից։
Զախարովան ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին ամերիկյան վիզաների տրամադրման «չափազանց խիստ և խտրական» ընթացակարգից զատ, «մեր հայրենակիցները բառի ուղիղ իմաստով վաղուց արդեն որսի օբյեկտ են դարձել ամերիկյան իշխանությունների, առաջին հերթին՝ ԱՄՆ հետախուզական ծառայությունների կողմից»։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն տարբեր պատրվակներով, օրինակ՝ զբոսաշրջային առաջարկներով, գրավում է ռուսաստանցիներին, և երբ նրանք մեկնում են արտերկիր, «նշանակետի տակ հայտնված» ռուսաստանցիներին ձերբակալում են և հանձնում ԱՄՆ իրավասությանը։
«Այս առնչությամբ մենք խստորեն կոչ ենք անում գալիք տոներին շարունակել զերծ մնալ ոչ հրատապ ուղևորություններից դեպի Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներ և նրա դաշնակից երկրներ, այդ թվում՝ առաջին հերթին Կանադա և, մի քանի բացառություններով, Եվրամիության երկրներ»,- ասել է Զախարովան։
Բացի այդ, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն խորհուրդ է տալիս արտերկրում գտնվելու ընթացքում խուսափել իրավիճակներից, երբ կարող եք դառնալ «սադրանքի զոհ» կամ ձերբակալվել տեղական օրենքները խախտելու պատրվակով։
