Канцлер Германии направил Бундестагу письмо с просьбой о голосовании о доверии правительству

Канцлер ФРГ Олаф Шольц 11 декабря направил председателю бундестага Бербель Бас (Bärbel Bas) письмо с просьбой провести в парламенте голосование о доверии своему правительству. Ожидается, что бундестаг проголосует по этому вопросу в понедельник, 16 декабря, сообщает «Немецкая волна».

Поскольку действующее правительство лишилось поддержки большинства в бундестаге, то парламент ФРГ, скорее всего, откажет кабмину в доверии. Если это произойдет, канцлер должен предложить президенту ФРГ Франку-Вальтеру Штайнмайеру распустить парламент.

Если же президент сочтет, что возможности для создания стабильного правительства больше нет, он может распустить бундестаг сразу после вынесения вотума недоверия канцлеру. Теоретически же в распоряжении президента ФРГ имеется срок до 21 дня, чтобы сделать такой шаг.

Досрочные выборы парламента Германии ожидаются 23 февраля

Затем в течение 60 дней должны состояться новые парламентские выборы. Лидеры фракций партий, входивших ранее в правящую коалицию, и главной оппозиционной силы - консервативного блока ХДС/ХСС - договорились провести их 23 февраля.

В истории ФРГ канцлеры просили бундестаг о вотуме доверия пять раз. Последний раз это произошло в 2005 году с Гехардом Шрёдером.
