Հեսա Նոր տարի է գալիս, կսկսեն շտապօգնությունների կալոնաները դեպի թաղամասեր գնալ, յոթ օրվա բուդը կերանք, մտածում էինք՝ կարող է այս տարի չթունավորվենք, բայց թարս է՝ այս տարի էլ թունավորվեցինք։ Այս մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Այս մոնիտորինգը էլի եմ ասել նիստի ժամանակ, գնացե՛ք ռեստորան, ուղղակի նստեք, նայեք, մարդիկ գալիս են, լավ ճաշում են, ուրախանում են, քեֆ են անում, գնում են: Հետո այսպես մի հատ նայում ես սեղանին, տեսնում ես երեք այդպիսի կազմ էլ կարող է օգտվել:
Բա նույն ձև էլ կառավարությունն է ծախսում, որովհետև մենք հո օդից չենք ընկել, ժողովուրդ ջան։ Ուրիշ բան, որ մենք, ինչպես ոմանք, ուզում են ապացուցել, լինեինք օտարածին ինչ-որ մի հատ երևույթ, կարող էիք մեզնից պահանջեիք, որ դուք էլ, հա, այդ արդյունավետությամբ ծախսեք, ոնց որ ծախսում են, չգիտեմ, այս առումով ամենաթոպ երկրները, բայց դա էլ ասեմ՝ այդ թոփ երկրները հո այդպես չեն եղել»,- ասաց նա:
Նա նշեց, որ վերջերս, երբ հայտնի դերասաններից մեկն էր մահացել նրա սկզբնական ֆիլմերն է սկսել դիտել, որոնք նկարահանված էին Իտալիայում:
«Տեսարաններ կային բնակավայրերի և այլն, այդ 60-ական թվերն են։ Ես այսպես նայեցի, շշմեցի, որովհետև այդ պատկերներն իմ մանկության 90-ականների սկզբի Իջևանն էր հիշեցնում: Իտալիայի ասենք Հռոմ քաղաքը կամ հարակից քաղաքները, սա էլ է պետք հասկանալ, որ այդ երկրները հո այդպես չեն, այդ երկրներ էլ են այս ճանապարհով կամ չգիտեմ ուրիշ ճանապարհով անցել, բայց պիտի խոսվի սրա մասին:
Կարող է արձագանք հնչել՝ խոսալով չի՞ հո, խոսելով է, որովհետև կներե՛ք, քաղաքակրթությունը խոսելով է ձևակերպվել: Հենց քաղաքակրթության կրողները, մարդիկ տարբերվում են մյուսներից դրանով, որ հաղորդակցության այդ հնարավորությունն ունեն»,- ասաց նա:
Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ չկա այստեղ արված մի ծախս, որը կոնկրետ մարդկանց ընտանեկան բյուջեի շրջանակում տեղի ունեցած ծախս չի։ «Եվ սա մենք պետք է հասկանանք հանուն մեր պետության, մեր ապագայի, որովհետև եթե այս գիտակցությունը չունենանք, մենք այս ցիկլից չենք կարողանալու դուրս գանք։ Նկատի ունեմ՝ մեր այսպես կոչված պատմական ճակատագրի ցիկլից»,- ասաց նա:
