Հայկական կողմը դրական է գնահատում ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ներուժի ընդլայնմանն ուղղված ռուսական կողմի կառուցողական ջանքերը։ Սպուտնիկ Արմենիայի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին ԱՊՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստում ասել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը։
Նա նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծել ԱՊՀ երկրների տնտեսությունների մրցունակությունն ապահովելու և մասնակից պետությունների տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների միջև տեխնոլոգիական վերափոխումների համագործակցության զարգացման համար։
Գրիգորյանը կարևոր է համարում նաև ԱՊՀ երկրների միջև տրանսպորտային համալիրի թվային վերափոխման ոլորտում համագործակցության հուշագրի ստորագրումը։
«Փաստաթուղթը ենթադրում է տրանսպորտային տեղեկատվական ոլորտի զարգացում և առաջադեմ տեղեկատվական ու հեռահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրում, ինչը, անկասկած, կնպաստի լոգիստիկ ծառայությունների արդիականացմանը ԱՊՀ ողջ տարածքում», - ասել է նա։
Փոխվարչապետն ընդգծել է ԱՊՀ երկրների միջև փոխադարձ առևտրի խոչընդոտների վերացման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները շարունակելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով ազգային շահերը և այս համատեքստում կարևորել բարձր մակարդակի աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության ակտիվացումը։
Գրիգորյանն ընդգծել է նաև «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» հայկական նախագծի կարևորությունը։ Այս նախագծի նպատակն է տարածաշրջանի առևտրատնտեսական ներուժի լիարժեք իրացումը՝ ինչպես Արևելք-Արևմուտք, այնպես էլ Հյուսիս-Հարավ ուղղությամբ տրանսպորտային և կապի ենթակառուցվածքների տարածաշրջանային համակարգի ստեղծման ճանապարհով։
«Համոզված եմ, որ նախագծի իրականացումը լիովին համապատասխանում է մեր բոլոր երկրների շահերին»,- նշել է նա։
