ЕАЭС и ОАЭ завершили переговоры о заключении соглашения о свободной торговле

Министр по торговле Евразийской экономической комиссии Андрей Слепнев и государственный министр по вопросам внешней торговли Объединённых Арабских Эмиратов Тани бен Ахмед Аль Зейуди объявили о завершении переговоров о заключении соглашения об экономическом партнерстве. Об говорится в сообщении, опубликованном на сайте ЕЭК.

«ЕАЭС активно формирует сеть экономических партнерств с дружественными странами. Соглашение с ОАЭ – важная веха, учитывая роль страны как глобального хаба в регионе. Соглашение придаст дополнительный импульс торговле между нашими государствами, которая и так показывает беспрецедентный рост, а также создаст системную основу для развития кооперационных связей», – отметил Андрей Слепнев.

«ОАЭ и ЕАЭС развивают плодотворные отношения, основанные на общей приверженности долгосрочному росту и экономической диверсификации. Завершение переговоров о заключении соглашения об экономическом партнерстве углубит наше взаимодействие и позволит нам развивать многочисленные синергические связи», – подчеркнул Тани бен Ахмед Аль Зейуди.

Соглашение должно пройти соответствующие процедуры внутригосударственного согласования, предшествующие его подписанию.

Решение о начале переговоров с ОАЭ принято Высшим Евразийским экономическим советом в декабре 2022 года. В 2023 и 2024 годах состоялось четыре переговорных раунда.

После вступления в силу соглашения об экономическом партнерстве преференциальным режимом будет охвачено более 90% взаимной торговли и более 85% товарной номенклатуры.
