«Վերին Լարսը» կփակվի՞․ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է Մցխեթա-Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս ճանապարհին

ՀՀ ողջ տարածքում օդի ջերմաստիճանը նվազել է, մի շարք մարզերում, այդ թվում Երեւան- Սևան ճանապարահատվածում ձյուն է տեղում։
MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությանը կից մաքսային կցորդ Վահան Հակոբյանի հետ՝ ճշտելու, թե արդյո՞ք «Վերին Լարս» անցակետը կփակվի, հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում եղանակային պայմանները, և ինչպիսի վիճակ է այս պահին Մցխեթա-Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս հատվածում: 

«Լարսում այս պահին ոչ մի սահմանափակում չկա, բայց եթե եղանակի հետ կապված վիճակը վատթարանա վրացական կողմում, ապա միգուցե Վրաստանի իշանությունները ճանապարհը փակեն և այն դառնա ոչ երթևեկելի, բայց դրա մասով այս պահին շուտ է խոսելը, պարզ կլինի ավելի ուշ: Սակայն, կարծում եմ, պարտադիր չէ, որ փակվի, քանի որ շատ առատ տեղումներ, ըստ կանխատեսումների, չեն սպասվում»,– նշեց Հակոբյանը։

Այսօր առավոտյան Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Մցխեթա-Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս ճանապարհին իրականացվում են հենապատի կառուցման աշխատանքներ, որի արդյունքում մինչև  դեկտեմբերի 18-ը ներառյալ, նշված հատվածով ավտոտրանսպորտի տեղաշարժը կիրականացվի մասնակի սահմանափակումներով՝ երթևեկելի մեկ գոտու կրառմամբ։ Մենք մաքսային կցորդին հարց ուղղեցինք՝ արդյո՞ք այդ սահմանափակումները էականորեն կազդեն շարժի վրա․

«Դեսպանատան տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում էր, որ Մցխեթա-Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս ճանապարհի 77–րդ կմ–ում մոտ մեկ շաբաթ վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ են լինելու և դրա հետ կապված երթևեկելի ուղին ավելի նեղանալու է, այսինքն, մեքենաների հոսքերը հերթականությամբ են թողնելու։ Ոչ մի արտառոց բան այդտեղ չկա»,- արձագանքեց նա։

Հարցին, թե այս պահին քանի հայկական բեռնատար է սպասում Վերին Լարսում, Հակոբյանը տեղեկացրեց․

«Այս պահին բեռնատարների թիվն անընդհատ քչանում է, քանի որ թողունակությունը բավականին բարձր է Վերին Լարսի անցակետի, օրական մոտ 1200-1300-ից ավելի բեռնատար է հատում այդ սահմանն երկու ուղղությամբ էլ, այս պահին 300–400 հայկական բեռնատար է անցնում անցակետով, ինչը բավականին բարձր ցուցանիշ է այս սեզոնի համար»։
