Депутат фракции «Честь имею» Тигран Абрамян, затронув одну из самых болезненных страниц нашей истории, написал: «2 года назад в этот день, 12 декабря, начался завершающий этап агрессии против Арцаха.
Спецслужбы Азербайджана под видом экоактивистов закрыли коридор, соединяющий Армению с Арцахом: действие, которое противоречило печально известному трехстороннему документу от 9 ноября 2020 года.
Этот шаг, по сути, положил начало широкомасштабной агрессии против Арцаха, завершающим этапом которой стала военная операция 19 сентября 2023 года.
Этой операции предшествовали бесславные пражские договоренности, когда глава правящей власти Республики Армении открыто объявил Арцах азербайджанским.
Ни Россия, которая является участницей трехстороннего документа и разместила в Арцахе миротворческий контингент, ни другие геополитические акторы, США, ЕС, не предприняли каких-либо серьезных шагов для предотвращения блокады Арцаха, а затем и принудительной депортации армян и оккупации Арцаха.
На этом геноцидальные действия Азербайджана против Арцаха не закончились. 2021-24 годы были годами агрессии и территориальной оккупации против суверенной территории Армении, и требования Азербайджана никоим образом не прекращаются».
