Ռուսաստանն անում է և անելու է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչվեն։ Ինչպես հայտնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի տեղակալ Միխայիլ Գալուզինն Ադրբեջանի նախկին նախագահ Հեյդար Ալիևի հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառմանը Մոսկվայում։
Գալուզինն ընդգծել է Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև 2020-2023 թվականներին ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների կարևորությունը։
«Մոսկվան մնում է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության հասնելու, խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման, Հարավային Կովկասում բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման կողմնակիցը: Մենք նաև հանդես ենք գալիս հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի շուտափույթ սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման, ինչպես նաև Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև նոր հիմքերի վրա կապերի համակողմանի զարգացման օգտին»,- եզրափակել է նա։
