vestikavkaza.ru–ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը հիմնական խոչընդոտն է Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության հասնելու համար, դրան խոչընդոտում են նաև հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումների տարբերությունները, նշել են Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ում։ Տնտեսական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պետական համալսարանի «Դիվանագիտության» մագիստրոսական ծրագրի տնօրեն, «Վալդայ» միջազգային քննարկումների ակումբի անդամ Ստանիսլավ Տկաչենկոն vestikavkaza.ru-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում խոսել է այն մասին, թե որ հարցերում Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում միասնական դիրքորոշում ձևավորել: «Հայաստանի ղեկավարության մեջ կա որոշակի շերտավորում այն հարցում, թե որքանո՞վ պետք է Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը կենտրոնանա արևմտյան ինստիտուտների կամ իր հարևանների, առաջին հերթին՝ Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի վրա: Իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մաքրել է իր շրջապատի՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ գործընկերության աջակիցների շրջանակը, բայց, ընդհանուր առմամբ, Երևանում աճում է այն ըմբռնումը, որ Արևմուտքի հետ իրական գործընկերությունը դեռ հեռու է, բացի դա, Իրանն է հիմա թուլանում Իսրայելի գործողությունների պատճառով, և արդյունքում Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը վտանգի տակ է», - ասել է քաղաքագետը:
 
«Հետևաբար, Փաշինյանի թիմում առկա է պառակտում այն հարցում, թե ինչպես կարելի է կառուցել ընդհանուր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, հետևաբար, Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի նկատմամբ կա տարբեր վերաբերմունք, քանի որ ոմանք կարծում են, որ չստորագրված պայմանագիրը հայկական դիվանագիտության նվաճումն է, դրա շուրջ բանակցությունները բարձրացնում են երկրի կարգավիճակը և ապահովում նշանակությունն ու սուբյեկտիվությունը, իսկ եթե պայմանագիրը ստորագրվի, ապա Հայաստանը կվերածվի սովորական, փոքր խաղացողի միջազգային ասպարեզում: Ինչոր մեկն էլ համարում է, որ, ընդհակառակը, ստորագրված պայմանագիրը թույլ կտա Եվրոպայի և Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները նոր մակարդակի հասցնել: Հենց այդ պառակտումն էլ արձանագրել է ադրբեջանական կողմը»,- նշել է Ստանիսլավ Տկաչենկոն։
 
Փորձագետը նաև նշել է, որ Հայաստանը համառում է ոչ միայն Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների, այլ նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման հարցում։ «Հայաստանին պետք է, որ կոլեկտիվ Արևմուտքի ներկայացուցիչները՝ ֆրանսիացիները, ամերիկացիները, ԵԱՀԿ-ն՝ որպես ամբողջություն, անընդհատ իր կողքին լինեն, դա հստակորեն ուժեղացնում է նրա կարողությունը ճնշում գործադրելու Ադրբեջանի և համաշխարհային հասարակական կարծիքի վրա: Ադրբեջանն իր հերթին ասել է, որ Մինսկի խումբը պետք չէ, հետևաբար, նա տորպեդահարելու է նրա աշխատանքը»,- եզրափակել է «Վալդայ» ակումբի անդամը։
