Ցմահ ազատազրկում՝ ավազակային հարձակում, սպանություն և սպանության փորձ կատարած ոստիկանության գնդապետի նկատմամբ. դատարանը բավարարել է դատախազի` պատժի նշանակման մասին միջնորդությունը։

Այս մասին հայտնում են դատախազությունից։

Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 13-ի վճռով բավարարել է դատախազի՝ պատժի նշանակման մասին միջնորդությունը և Ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության տեսանկարահանման միջոցով հայտնաբերված խախտումների արձանագրման կենտրոնի պետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Դանիել Դանիելյանի նկատմամբ վերջնական պատիժ է նշանակել ցմահ ազատազրկումը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին ոստիկանության գնդապետ Դանիել Դանիելյանը «Էյչ-Էս-Բի-Սի բանկ Հայաստան» ՓԲ ընկերության «Կոմիտաս» մասնաճյուղից 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար հափշտակելու նպատակով կատարել էր ավազակային հարձակում, որի հետևանքով սպանել էր բանկի անվտանգության աշխատակից, «Արմոբիլ» ՓԲԸ-ի պահնորդին, տարածքում ծառայություն իրականացնող՝ Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետական պահպանության ծառայության գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի հրամանատարի օգնական, ոստիկանության ավագ ենթասպային:

Անվտանգության մեկ այլ աշխատակից ստացել էր հրազենային վիրավորում:

Դատախազը 2024 թվականի մարտի 5-ին իր ճառով միջնորդել էր Դանիել Դանիելյանին մեղավոր ճանաչել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույք հափշտակելու նպատակով կատարած ավազակության, այլ հանցանքը թաքցնելու և դրա կատարումը հեշտացնելու նպատակով ծառայողական գործունեության կատարման
մեջ գտնվող երկու անձանց նկատմամբ շահադիտական դրդումներով սպանության, սպանության փորձ կատարելու և ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ կրելու համար և մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ վերջնական պատիժ նշանակել ցմահ ազատազրկումը:

Դատարանի՝ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 13-ի դատավճռով, Դանիել Դանիելյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել և նրա նկատմամբ վերջնական պատիժ է նշանակվել ցմահ ազատազրկումը:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
