Այսօր՝ դեկեմբերի 14-ին, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արագածոտնի մարզի լեգենդար Արագած գյուղում։
Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 13-ին և այսօր ուժեղ քամու հետևանքով գյուղում ավերածություններ են տեղի ունեցել։
Կոտրվել են 100-ից ավելի տների տանիքներ, արմատախիլ է արվել 100-ից ավելի հսկայական ծառեր, մի քանի էլեկտրասյուներ, գազախողովակներ են կտորվել, դրանց վրա տեղադրված հաշվիչներ, կարելի է ասել ամբողջությամբ վնասվել է գյուղի թիվ 2-րդ միջնակարգ դպրոցի տանիքը, որի թիթեղները քամին շպրտել է մի քանի 100 մետր։ Քամին շպրտել է նաև ՀՀ Կառավարության կողմից գյուղում կառուցվող նոր մանկապարտեզի համար բերված թիթեղները, որոնց մեծ մասը վնասված վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Լուկաշ Խաչատրյանը գյուղացիների հետ հայտնաբերել են մանկարպարտեզից մի քանի 100 մետր հեռավորության վրա, տարբեր հատվածներում։
Գիշերվանից օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Ապարան խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Եղիազարյանը, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Ապարանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռաֆայել Պողոսյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Կամո Ցուցուլյանի հանձնարարականով գյուղ են ժամանել նաև փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Եգոր Կարապետյանն ու Ապարանի հրշեջ փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները՝ ջոկատի հրամանատար Էդգար Ավդալյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ապարանի քաղաքապետը և վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը շարունակում են շրջայցը տուն առ տուն, մոտ 40-ից ավելի տներ արդեն այցելել են և գույքագրում են կատարում, որպեսզի պարզեն ամբողջական ինչ չափի նյութական վնաս է պատճառվել գյուղացիներին։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում Ապարան խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Կ․ Եղիազարյանը ասում էր․ «Իրավիճակի մասին արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք Արագածոտնի մարզպետին և իմ տեղեկություններով Կառավարությունն էլ արդեն տեղյակ է ու թե մարզպետարանը, թե Կառավարությունը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել, որ իրենք կանգնելու են տուժած գյուղացիների թիկունքին և նրանց այս արհավիրքի մեջ մենակ չեն թողնելու»։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ վնասը կազմում է մի քանի մլն դրամ, իսկ Կ․ Եղիազարյանի հանձնարարականով գիշերվանից արդեն գյուղում աշխատում են «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության աշխատակիցները և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության Մուսալեռի, Արագածի մասնաճյուղի էլեկտրիկները։ Երեկվանից մինչև այժմ գյուղում էլեկտրաէներգիան և գազամատակարարումը դադարեցվել է։
Արագած գյուղում են նաև Ապարան խոշորացված համայնքի կոմունալ բաժնի աշխատակիցները, ովքեր օգնում են գյուղացիներին։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ քամին իր սև գործն է արել նաև Ծաղկաշեն գյուղում, որտեղ քիչ առաջ մեկնած Ապարանի քաղաքապետ Կ․ Եղիազարյանը և Ծաղկաշեն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Ռուստամ Զաքարյանը պարզում են Ծաղկաշենում ինչ ծավալի վնասեր է պատճառվել քամու հետևանքով։
