Հայաստանի կողմից ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցության կասեցումը մեծ սխալ է, ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան, որը 2003-2016 թվականներին զբաղեցրել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը։

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է մասնակցել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը կամ դուրս գալ դրանից: Նրանք են որոշում, թե ինչպիսի անվտանգության համակարգ է լինելու Հայաստանում, հենց բարձրագույն քաղաքական ղեկավարությունն է որոշում։ Եթե ​​կարծում են, որ ավելի հարմար կլինի իրենց սեփական անվտանգության քաղաքականությունը վարել, ապա դա իրենց իրավունքն է։ Կարծում եմ, որ սա մեծ սխալ է՝ հիմնված առաջին հերթին բոլորովին ոչ արժանահավատ տվյալների վրա»,- կարծում է Բորդյուժան։

«Եվ երբ [Հայաստանի] բարձրագույն քաղաքական ղեկավարությունն ասում է, որ իրենք ոչ մի օգնություն չեն ստացել Ռուսաստանից, որ թե հենց Ռուսաստանն է նախապատրաստել այդ բոլոր հեղաշրջումները, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ից օգնություն չի եղել, դա բացարձակապես ճիշտ չէ»,– հավելել է նա։

Նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղարը նշել է, որ իր կարծիքով՝ լրիվ հակառակն է եղել. «Եթե հաշվեք, թե Ռուսաստանը որքան ներդրումներ է կատարել Հայաստանի զինված ուժերում և ընդհանրապես Հայաստանում, ապա կարծում եմ, որ դա շատ–շատ լուրջ գումար կլինի»,- ասել է Բորդյուժան։

«Եվ երբ [Հայաստանի] բարձրագույն ղեկավարներն ասում են, որ Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ երկրների կողմից բացի վնասն ուրիշ ոչինչ չի եղել, դա բացարձակապես սխալ է։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ դրանք կա՛մ միտումնավոր կանխակալ գնահատականներ են, կա՛մ գնահատականներ, որոնք հիմնված են իրական իրավիճակի անտեղյակության վրա»,- ընդգծել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը:

Բորդյուժան նաև նշել է, որ 1991 թվականից ի վեր Ուկրաինան երբեք չի հրավիրվել միանալու Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը, Կիևը կենտրոնացած է եղել Արևմուտքի և երկրի հարստության թալանի վրա:

«Ուկրաինան չի հրավիրվել ՀԱՊԿ, քանի որ Ուկրաինան նույնիսկ ԱՊՀ-ում գտնվում էր կիսաօրինական վիճակում, նրանք չէին վավերացրել ԱՊՀ-ի բոլոր պայմանագրերը, ԱՊՀ հիմնարար ակտերը: Ուստի Ուկրաինան և Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարությունը ինչ էլ ասեն, 1991թ.-ից ի վեր վարում էին միանգամայն մեկուսացված քաղաքականություն. նրանք ոչ մի կապի մեջ չէին մտնում, չէին ցանկանում որևէ պայմանավորվածություն և երբեք ցանկություն չեն հայտնել համագործակցել ԱՊՀ անդամ այլ երկրների հետ»,- ասել է Բորդյուժան։
