Գերմանիայում նախկին պատգամավորները կկանգնեն դատարանի առաջ՝ Ադրբեջանից կաշառք ստանալու մեղադրանքով

Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի՝ Բունդեսթագի երկու նախկին պատգամավորները՝ ընդդիմադիր Քրիստոնեադեմոկրատական միություն/Քրիստոնեասոցիալական միություն դաշինքից, կներկայանան Մյունխենի Բարձրագույն շրջանային դատարան՝ այսպես կոչված «ադրբեջանական գործի» շրջանակում կաշառակերության մեղադրանքով, հայտարարել է դատարանի ներկայացուցիչը։ Այս մասին գրում է dw.com-ը:
«Ադրբեջանական գործով» մեղադրյալներն են քաղաքական գործիչներ Ակսել Ֆիշերը և Էդուարդ Լինտները։ Առաջինը մեղադրվում է կաշառք ստանալու, երկրորդը՝ պաշտոնյաներին կաշառելու համար՝ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում (ԵԽԽՎ) Ադրբեջանի օգտին որոշումների վրա ազդելու նպատակով։ Երկու կասկածյալներն էլ հերքում են մեղքը։
Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ 2010 թվականից ԵԽԽՎ-ում աշխատող Լինտները 2016 թվականին 19 կեղծ ընկերությունների միջոցով ստացել է մի քանի միլիոն եվրո։ Այդ գումարի մի մասը նա փոխանցել է մյուս պատգամավորներին, որոնք պետք է ազդեին իրեն անհրաժեշտ որոշումների ընդունման վրա, կարծում են քննիչները։
Ֆիշերը, որը նույնպես 2010 թվականից աշխատում էր ԵԽԽՎ-ում, Ադրբեջանին ձեռնտու ելույթներ է ունեցել և գաղտնի փաստաթղթեր ուղարկել։ Դրա համար նա 21,800 եվրո կաշառք է ստացել:
Էդուարդ Լինտները dpa գործակալությանը տված մեկնաբանությունում կաշառակերության վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքը որակել է «լիակատար անհեթեթություն»։ Լինտների խոսքով՝ պատգամավորական ժամկետն ավարտելուց հետո նա աշխատել է որպես լոբբիստ, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ճանաչվի որպես Ադրբեջանի տարածք, ինչը «ճշմարիտ է միջազգային իրավունքի տեսանկյունից»։ Դրա համար Բաքուն գումար է վճարել իր ընկերություններին, սակայն, ըստ Լինտների, ինքը գումարը չի փոխանցել այլ պատգամավորների։
