Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է.
Իշխանությունը կորցրել է իր սոցիալական բազան։ Բայց որպեսզի սոցիալական բազայի կորստի քաոտիկ պրոցեսը վերածվի քաղաքական մերժման, երկրում պետք է լրացվի մի շատ կարևոր հաստիք, որը թափուր է։ Դա միջնորդի, մոդերատորի հաստիքն է։
Մարդ, ով ազդեցիկ խմբերի, հանրային ակտիվի, մարզային էլիտաների, քաղաքական միավորների, եկեղեցու, բիզնես էլիտաների, քաղաքացիական հասարակության և այլ շրջանակների հետ համբերատար կաշխատի և հակաիշխանական տրամադրություններից, ասել է թե՝ փոփոխություններ պահանջող քաոսից կստանա-կձևակերպի նոր իշխանություն ունենալու կոնսենսուս։
Սա պատմական ամենակարևոր հաստիքն է։ Սա կոնկրետ աշխատանք է, սև աշխատանք, ի դեպ՝ բարդ, բայց սա է ամենակարևոր գործը, եթե կուզեք՝ պատմական այս փուլի իսկական հերոսը։
Մյուս տարբերակն ավելի հեշտ է՝ սպասել-հորինել լիդերի։ Բայց
լիդերի ծնունդը հնարավոր է միայն ու միայն մոդերացիայի փուլից հետո։ Այսօրվա միջավայրը լիդեր չի ծնելու։ Հենց մոդերացիայի արդյունքում ձևավորվի փոփոխությունների հանրային կոնսենսուս և ձևավորվի այդ գաղափարը սպասարկող մեքենան, մեկը մյուսի հետևից կձևավորվեն անհատներ, ովքեր լուրջ հայտ կներկայացնեն նոր լիդերության։ Պրոցեսն այնքան սահուն կգնա, որ զարմացած կհարցնենք «բա էս մարդիկ մեր կողքի՞ն էին, ո՞նց չէինք հասկանում»։
Մեզ հիմա միջնորդ է պետք։ Ներքին պրոցեսների միջնորդ։ Մենք իրար էլ չենք լսում. թայֆաների, լսարանների ենք բաժանված, ու դիմացինին, կողքինին չենք լսում։
Մեր պետական դեգրադացիան այնքան խորն է, որ վերածվել ենք Լիբիայի նման մի բանի, որտեղ քաղաքական համակարգերի, ինստիտուտների փոխարեն կան խմբեր, շքախմբեր, ցեղախմբեր և այլն, որոնց պետք է բերել կոնսենսուսի՝ ինչ-որ հարց լուծելու համար։ Մենք մեզ գեշ խաբում ենք, թե ունենք քաղաքական ինստիտուտներ, կուսակցություններ, կուսակցական կյանք, կամ ընդհանրապես՝ քաղաքականություն։
Որպես առաջին քայլ՝ պետք է սկսենք իրար լսել։ Սա կբերի երկրի ներսում դեէսկալացիայի, որը կտրուկ կբարձրացնի մեր պետական դիմադրողականությունը։ Չանենք՝ մի օր ինչ-որ տեղից անհասկանալի հրոսակներ կմտնեն մեր երկիր ու կմնան այստեղ ընդմիշտ։ Այնքան սրընթաց կլինի, որ չենք էլ հասկանա, թե ինչ կատարվեց։
Այնպես որ, մոդերացիան 2025-ի ամենակարևոր գործն է, իսկ մոդերատորը՝ իրական հերոսը, ով չպետք է ունենա որևէ անձնական շահ այդ գործում։ Ոսկե տառերով է գրվելու այն մարդու (կամ մարդկանց խմբի) անունը, ով կանի ներհայկական, ներհայաստանյան միջնորդությունը։
