«Հայաստանում ռուսաց լեզուն «կենդանի է»». ահա այսպես է արձագանքում Հայաստանում ռուսաց լեզվի տարածվածության հարցին Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվոյի ղեկավար Վադիմ Ֆեֆիլովը։
«Հայաստանում ռուսաց լեզուն գիտեն, ռուսաց լեզուն սիրում են, պահանջարկ ունեցող լեզու է այն ՀՀ-ում, և շատ քիչ են նրանք, ով ընդհանրապես չգիտի ռուսերեն: Մենք չենք փորձում հայ ժողովրդին ինչ-որ բան սովորեցնել, դա անհնարին է և կոռեկտ չէ։ Մենք փորձում ենք պահպանել այն հարաբերությունները, որոնք մեզ մոտ կան, որոնք պատմականորեն ձևավորվել են հայ և ռուս ժողովուրդների միջև»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ֆեֆիլովը։
Ըստ նրա՝ վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում իրենք անցկացրել են շատ մեծ թվով աջակցության դասընթացներ՝ պաշտոնյաների և պետական ծառայողների շրջանում ռուսաց լեզվի որակը բարելավելու համար:
«Մենք իրականացրել ենք Կապանի ոստիկանության, Սյունիքի վարչակազմի ոստիկանության, Գյումրիի պարեկային ծառայության, Երևանի ոստիկանության արտաքին կապերի միջազգային գրասենյակի ոստիկանության համար դասընթացներ»,- թվարկեց նա։
Ֆեֆիլովը տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանին հատկացրել են 280 քվոտա՝ բակալավրիատում, մագիստրատուրայում սովորելու և լրացուցիչ մասնագիտական կրթություն ստանալու համար.
«Ռուսաստանի գրեթե բոլոր լավագույն բուհերը սպասում են հայ տաղանդավոր ուսանողներին և դիմորդներին»,- շեշտեց նա։
Հարցին, թե իր կարծիքով՝ ինչպե՞ս կփոխվի ռուսաց լեզվի դերը Հայաստանում առաջիկա տարիներին, մեր զրուցակիցը վստահեցրեց․
«Վստահ եմ, որ մեր երկարամյա հարաբերություններն այնքան ամուր են, որ ռուսաց լեզուն կմնա։ Ու թեև մենք ընդհանուր սահման չունենք, բայց իրարից հեռու չենք, և մեզ բաժանելու տարբերակ չկա»։
