Ֆիլմը պատմում է Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի կյանքի մասին՝ ամբողջապես հիմնված իրական փաստերի վրա։
Սպարապետի դերը մարմնավորել է ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստ Խորեն Լևոնյանը։
