Ալիևը РИА НОВОТИ գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում կրկին պնդել է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է փոխի իր սահմանադրությունը և համաձայնի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարմանը՝ մինչև Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելը։ Ընդ որում, նա ընդգծել է, որ միայն այս նախապայմանները կատարելուց հետո կհամաձայնվի այսպես կոչված խաղաղության համաձայնագրին:

Ի թիվս այս հարցերի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահը խոսել է նաև, այսպես կոչված «արևմտյան ադրբեջանի համայնքի» հետ Հայաստանի կոցմից բանակցություններ սկսելու անհրաժեշտությունից, ԵՄ դիտերդներին դուրս բերելու պահանջից, վերջիններիս՝ իբրև թե ՆԱՏՕ-ի հենակետի վերածվելուց, Ֆրանսիայի կողմից ՀՀ-ին իբրև թե զինելու անթույլատրելիությունից, իբրև թե հայկական ռևանշիզմից և այլն նսեմացնող պահանջներից:

Ակնհայտ էր մեկ բան, Իլհամ Ալիևը իրեն պատկերացնում է Հարավային Կովկասի ոչ ֆորմալ լիդեր և իրեն թույլ է տալիս ավելի գլոբալ մասշտաբի դատողություններ անել : Դժվար չէ կռահել, թե ինչ քամիներ են նրան քաջալերել նման քամահրական ու պահանջատիրական կեցվածք ընդունել Հայաստանի հանդեպ: Բայց մինչ «պրոադրբեջանական» նպաստավոր քամիների փչելը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դավադիր կառավարության բազմաթիվ սխալներն են Ալիևի «ոգևորության» գլխավոր պատճառը:
Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության տարիներին Ադրբեջանի երազներում անգամ չէին լինի պահանջներ թելադրել Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքականությանը: Իսկ Նիկոլի դավադիր քաղաքականությամբ բանակցային գործընթացը տապալած, ՆԱՏՕ-ական Թուրքիայի ուղիղ աջակցությամբ Արցախն օկուպացրած Ալիևը չէր կարող, նախկին իշխանությունների պարագայում, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման հարց դնել կամ նրա համանախագահներից որևէ մեկին հաթաթա տալ:

Սիրիայի իրադարձություններից հետո ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանը պատճառներ է հավաքում Հայաստանի հարավի դեմ նոր ռազմական ագրեսիա իրականացնելու և «միջանցք» ստանալու համար: Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վերջին հայտարարություններն ու պահանջները զուտ տարբեր երկրների շահերի գեներացման և Հայաստանի կառավարիչներին նոր ստորացուցիչ գործընթացի մեջ ներքաշելու նախերգանքն է:
Իսկ ո՞վ է կանգնելու Նիկոլի ղեկավարած Հայաստանի կողքին, երբ լինի հաջորդ ռազմական ագրեսիան: Դատելով այսօրվա քաղաքականությունից՝ ոչ ոք չի բռնելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արյունատար անոթները կտրող ձեռքը, որովհետև բոլորը պարզ տեսնում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ թե հայ ժողովրդի և ՀՀ-ի ապագայի հարցն է լուծում, այլ պատրաստ է «պառկել ցանկացածի տակ»՝ հանուն իր աղետալի վարչապետության:

Նա Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին խոստացել է խաղաղություն, բայց կամա, թե ակամա՝ նորից ստանում է նոր պատերազմ ու նոր քաոս:
