riamo.ru-ն գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները հետապնդում են ոչ թե հանրապետության, այլ արտաքին խաղացողների շահերը, ինչպիսիք են Ֆրանսիան կամ ԱՄՆը, riamo.ruի հետ զրույցում ասել է քաղաքագետ, «Հաղորդակցության կառավարման ինստիտուտ» ՍՊԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Վադիմ Սիպրովը։ «Գուցե Փաշինյանը միտումնավո՞ր է ագրեսիայի հրահրում Ադրբեջանին: Այդ դեպքում հարց է առաջանում՝ ո՞ւմ շահերն է նա հետապնդում։ Միգուցե նա գործում է՝ ելնելով ոչ թե Հայաստանի, այլ այնպիսի արտաքին խաղացողների շահերից, ինչպիսիք են Ֆրանսիան կամ ԱՄՆ-ը։
 
Փորձագիտական հանրությունը քննարկում է, թե որքանով են անկախ նրա որոշումները՝ հատկապես կապված ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու և դեպի Արևմուտք վերակողմնորոշվելու որոշման հետ», ասել է Սիպրովը։ Նա նաև հավելել է, որ մեկ այլ մտահոգիչ միտք էլ է առաջանում՝ արդյո՞ք Փաշինյանը փորձում է հայկական տարածքի մի մասը փոխանակել իր ռեժիմի քաղաքական նախապատվություններով։ «Թուրքիային, Ֆրանսիային և Մեծ Բրիտանիային ավելի հարմար է շփվել թուլացած Հայաստանի հետ, և նրանք կարող են շահագրգռված լինել Ադրբեջանի հզորացմամբ։ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները ոչ միայն ապաշնորհ են, այլ նաև ուղղակի սադրանքի են նմանվում», - նշել է քաղաքագետը։ Սիպրովի կարծիքով, երբ որևե երկրի վարչապետը սկսում է դուրս տալ այնպիսի տարօրինակություններ, որոնք կարող է հասկանալ նույնիսկ տարրական դասարանի աշակերտը, ապա դա վկայում է նրա մասնագիտական սահմանափակ պիտանիության մասին։
 
«Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն սկսել է խոսել Հայաստանի համար խորհրդային ժամանակների սահմանների սկզբունքային կարևորության մասին։ Այստեղ հարց է ծագում՝ մի՞թե ակնհայտ չէ, որ առանց սահմանների պետությունը սկզբունքորեն անհնար է։ Արժե նաև մեկ այլ հարց տալ՝ արդյո՞ք խորհրդային ժամանակներից ի վեր փոխվել են Հայաստանի պետական սահմանները։ Ակնհայտորեն՝ ոչ: Այսինքն,անհասկանալի է, թե կոնկրետ ինչի՞ մասին է խոսում Փաշինյանը։ Իհարկե, ցանկացած պետության համար իր գոյության հիմքում սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությունն է», հայտարարել է փորձագետը։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ հետխորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանում Հայաստանը տարածքային կորուստներ չի ունեցել, բայց նաև նոր տարածքներ ձեռք չի բերել։
 
«Ուրեմն, ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը։ Հավանաբար, Փաշինյանը մտավախություն ունի, որ Ադրբեջանը վերահսկողության տակ կառնի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը», որն անցնելու է հայկական տարածքով և կապելու է հիմնական Ադրբեջանը նրա էքսկլավի հետ։ Սակայն Ադրբեջանի կողմից նման մտադրությունների մասին պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ չեն եղել»,- ասել է քաղաքագետը։
