Տեղաշարժը սահմանափակ է. ինչպե՞ս են ապրում հայերը օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում

Մի քանի օր առաջ թշնամի երկրի առաջնորդ Իլհամ Ալիևը մի շարք հայտարարություններ արեց։ Առաջինը, որ իր կողմից օկուպացված Արցախում բնակվող ազգությամբ հայ քաղաքացիները սոցիալական աջակցություն են ստանում Ադրբեջանից, և երկրորդ 300 հազար ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնապես դիմել է Հայաստանի ղեկավարությանը, որպեսզի իրենց վերադարձի, վերաինտեգրման համար պայմաններ ստեղծվեն Հայաստանում։
ՆԳՆ-ի միգրացիոն ծառայությունից, ի պատասխան MediaHub-ի հարցման հայտնել էին հետևյալը․ «Ձեր հարցման առնչությամբ հայտնում ենք, որ նմանատիպ դիմումներ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ՄՔԾ-ն չի ստացել։ Նման ընթացակարգեր ՀՀ-ում գոյություն չունեն»։
Արդյո՞ք Ալիևը ստել է այս հարցի վերաբերյալ, իսկ մյուսի՞, ինչպե՞ս են ապրում հայերն ադրբեջանցիների հետ օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում։
MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում Ստեփանակերտում մնացած հայերից մեկի դուստրը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանի աշխատանքի և բնակչության սոցիալական պաշտպանության նախարարության հոգածության ներքո են գտնվում հայերը։
«Կա ընդհանուր ճաշարան Ստեփանակերտի նախկին «Դղյակ» հյուրանոցում, որտեղ բոլորին օրը 3 անգամ սնունդ են տալիս, նաև միրգ, քաղցրեղեն, սուրճ և այլն։ Ամսվա ընթացքում ստանում են 200$, ադրբեջանական մանաթով են ստանում գումարը, որը համարժեք է 200$–ի»,- նշեց Ստեփանակերտում մնացածի դուստրը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ստեփանակերտի խանութներից ևս կարող են օգտվել հայերը, բայց, այդուհանդերձ, թե՜ իր հոր, թե՜ Ստեփանակերտում մնացած մյուս 13 հոգու շարժը սահմանափակ է։
«Իրենք չեն կարող հանգիստ, երբ ուզեն դուրս գալ, հատուկ ժամերի միայն կարող են դուրս գալ, քաղաքից դուրս չեն կարող գնալ, և եթե անգամ մի տեղ գնում են, ապա ոստիկանների ուղեկցությամբ։ Ստեփանակերտում արդեն շինարարական մեծ խմբեր են աշխատում, ինչպես նաև, բազմաթիվ զինվորականներ կան, դրա համար էլ ազգությամբ հայերին չեն թողնում ազատ տեղաշարժվել»,– հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
