«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը կրկին պարտատոմսեր է թողարկել

«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը թողարկել է դոլարային և դրամային պարտատոմսեր` 20 միլիոն դոլար և 7.7 մլրդ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով։ Պարտատոմսերի շրջանառության ժամկետը 6 տարի է, արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը, համապատասխանաբար, 7.45% և 10.75%, արժեկտրոնների վճարման պարբերականությունը` 3 ամիս։

Մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը ՀՀ դրամով թողարկվող պարտատոմսերի դեպքում 100,000 ՀՀ դրամ է, իսկ ԱՄՆ դոլարով՝ 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Հարկ է նշել, որ Մուդիս միջազգային հեղինակավոր ռեյտինգային կազմակերպության կողմից Ընկերությանը տրվել է Ba2 վարկանիշ` կայուն հեռանկարով, որը մեկ նիշով ավելի բարձր է, քան ՀՀ սուվերեն վարկանիշը:

Նախատեսվում է, որ պարտատոմսերն ունենալու են պրոֆեսիոնալ շուկա ստեղծող(ներ), որոնք կապահովեն պարտատոմսերի իրացվելիությունը երկրորդային շուկայում` ներդրողներին ընձեռելով Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում պարտատոմսերը մշտապես գնելու կամ վաճառելու հնարավորություն:

Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումից ներգրավված միջոցներն օգտագործվելու են ներդրումային ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման և վարկերի վերաֆինանսավորման նպատակով։

Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխողն Ամերիաբանկն է։ Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման գործընթացն առավելագույնս պարզեցված է ներդրողների համար. յուրաքանչյուր ներդրող կարող է ամբողջությամբ օնլայն ու ավտոմատացված եղանակով ՀԷՑ-ի պարտատոմսեր գնել՝ օգտվելով Ամերիաբանկի MyAmeria հավելվածի MyInvest հարթակից, կամ այցելել Ամերիաբանկի որևէ մասնաճյուղ և լրացնել հայտ-հանձնարարականը, կամ ուղարկել լրացված հայտ-հանձնարարականի ձևն Ամերիաբանկի էլ. հասցեին՝ [email protected]։

Պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի 2024թ. նոյեմբերի 6-ի Թիվ 1/422Ա որոշմամբ:

Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման կարգին, ծրագրային ազդագրին և պարտատոմսերի հրապարակային առաջարկի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ այստեղ։ Թողարկողի և առաջարկվող պարտատոմսերի բոլոր մանրամասները, ինչպես նաև դրանց առնչվող ռիսկերը ներկայացված են ծրագրային ազդագրում:
