Կիտրոնի կեղևը 10 անգամ ավելի շատ վիտամին  է պարունակում, քան կիտրոնի հյութը։ Գիտնականների վերջին հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ կիտրոնի կեղևը պրոֆիլակտիկ միջոց   է քաղցկեղի դեմ։

Կիտրոնի բոլոր առավելությունները զգալու համար փորձեք հետևել այս խորհուրդներին։ Այն եզակի միջոց է, որը փրկում է շատ խնդիրներից։

Սառեցված կիտրոն.

Բավական է միայն  կիտրոնը մի քանի ժամ դնել սառնարանում, իսկ հետո քերել քերիչով։ Օգտագործել կարելի է  ոչ միայն կեղևը, այլ նաև միջուկը։ Թարմ կիտրոնը քերիչով անցկացնելը դժվար է, իսկ սառնարանը ամեն ինչ շտկում է։

Կիտրոնը կարելի է ավելացնել ցանկացած ուտելիքի մեջ. այն կդառնա ավելի համեղ և կստանա յուրահատուկ բույր։ Տարբեր աղցանները, սոուսները, ձկնեղենը և մսեղենը միայն կշահեն, եթե դրանում ավելացնեք կիտրոն։

Կիտրոնի կեղևը կարողանում է  չեզոքացնել նաև քաղցկեղային բջիջները և օրգանիզմից հանել թունավոր նյութերը։ Այդ պատճառով խորհուրդ է տրվում կիտրոնը օգտագործել որպես պրոֆիլակտիկ միջոց ընդդեմ քաղցկեղի։

Կիտրոնը օգնում  է հաղթահարել շատ կենցաղային խնդիրներ։ Հյութը բացացնում է դեմքի մաշկի գույնը, կեղևը՝ մաքրում է օդը և «վախեցնում »միջատներին։

Կիտրոնի կեղևը կարելի է ոչ միայն սառեցնել, այլ նաև չորացնել։ Հիանալի միջոց է կիտրոնի չորացրած կեղևից բլենդերով փոշի սարքելը, որը հետո կարելի է ավելացնել աղցանների, թեյի և սուրճի մեջ։
