ՄՊՀ-ն տուգանել է Երևանում և մարզերում գործող բենզալցակայանների

ՄՊՀ-ն տուգանել է Երևանում և Արարատի, Կոտայքի, Վայոց ձորի մարզերում գործող բենզալցակայանների՝ պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող բենզին իրացնելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄՊՀ-ից։

«Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովը «ԷԴՈ-ՍԱՐՈՒԽ», «ՀԱՅՐ ԵՎ ՈՐԴԻ ՀԱՐՈՅԱՆՆԵՐ», «ԳԱԶ-ՊՐՈՊԱՆ», «ԷԴԳԱՐ ՕԻԼ», «ՏԻԳ ԳՐՈՒՊ ՕԻԼ» ՍՊԸ-ների և ԱՁ Կարեն Ֆամբուկյանի նկատմամբ նշանակել է համապատասխանաբար 60 077 000 դրամ, 36 774 000 դրամ, 49 326 000 դրամ, 1 344 000 դրամ, 66 242 000 դրամ և 6 659 000 դրամ տուգանք ավտոմոբիլային բենզինին ներկայացվող պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանքի վաճառք իրականացնելու համար։

Հարուցված վարույթների շրջանակում մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ «ԷԴՈ-ՍԱՐՈՒԽ» ընկերությանը պատկանող Կոտայքի մարզ, Զովունի 1, 239 և Արարատի մարզ, Ավշար, Մ․Խորենացու 94, «ՀԱՅՐ ԵՎ ՈՐԴԻ ՀԱՐՈՅԱՆՆԵՐ» ընկերությանը պատկանող Կոտայքի մարզ, Ջրաբեր, Երևան-Սևան մայրուղի թիվ 25 հող, «ԳԱԶ-ՊՐՈՊԱՆ» ընկերությանը պատկանող ք. Երևան, Հասրաթյան 29/2, Շահումյան 16 փող., 162/2 և Թբիլիսյան խճ. 13/1, «ԷԴԳԱՐ ՕԻԼ» ընկերությանը պատկանող՝ Կոտայքի մարզ, Պռոշյան, Գևորգ Չաուշ 13, «ՏԻԳ ԳՐՈՒՊ ՕԻԼ» ընկերությանը պատկանող՝ Վայոց Ձորի մարզ, Արենի, գ. Արփի, Երևանյան խճ. 21/4 և ԱՁ Կարեն Ֆամբուկյանին պատկանող ք․ Երևան, Աջափնյակ Թաղամաս, Հասրաթյան 9, 2 և Չաուշի 2 հասցեներում գտնվող բենզալցակայաններում վաճառվում է տվյալ մակնիշի ավտոմոբիլային բենզինին ներակայացվող պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանք։ Միաժամանակ հանձնաժողովը նշանակել է 100 266 000 դրամ, 36 774 000 դրամ, 15 019 000 դրամ և 4 461 000 դրամ տուգանք համապատասխանաբար «ՎԻՈԼԵՏԱ», «ՀԱՅՐ ԵՎ ՈՐԴԻ ՀԱՐՈՅԱՆՆԵՐ», «ԷԴՈ-ՍԱՐՈՒԽ» և «ԳԱԶ-ՊՐՈՊԱՆ» ՍՊԸ-ների նկատմամբ բենզինի իրացման առնչությամբ հարուցված վարույթի շրջանակներում պահանջված տեղեկատվությունը չներկայացնելու համար։ Բացի այդ, 15 019 000 դրամ տուգանք է նշանակվել «ԷԴՈ-ՍԱՐՈՒԽ» ՍՊԸ-ի նկատմամբ բենզինի իրացման առնչությամբ հարուցված վարույթի շրջանակներում հանձնաժողովի լիազորությունների իրականացմանը և հանձնաժողովի աշխատակցի՝ օրենսդրությամբ վերապահված իրավունքների և պարտականությունների կատարմանը խոչընդոտելու համար»,- հայտնում են ՄՊՀ-ից։
