Այս տարի կվերակագնվեն Արփա-Սևան թունելի վթարված հատվածները, կկառուցվեն 300 կմ ջրագիծ և կոյուղագիծ

Ընթացիկ տարում հանրապետությունում իրականացվելու են աշխատանքներ՝ ուղղված ջրամատակարարման տևողության աստիճանական ավելացմանը, ջրի կորուստների կրճատմանը, Արմավիր և Մեծամոր քաղաքների համար կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայանների կառուցման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների իրականացմանը, ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ոլորտներում շուրջ 300 կմ ջրագերի և կոյուղագծեի վերանորոգմանն ու կառուցման աշախատանքների իրականացմանը: Բացի այդ, կառավարությունը նախատեսում է 2016 թվականին վերակագնել Արփա-Սևան թունելի առանձին վթարված հատվածները: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների իրականացումն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության 2016 թվականի գերակա ծրագրերի թվում:
Ըստ ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությա
Խնդրի լուծման դեպքում ակնկալվում են ջրամատակարար կազմակերպությունների կողմից սպասարկվող տարածքներում հուսալի և անվտանգ խմելու ջրի մատակարարման հասանելիության ապահովում, բնակավայրերի ջրամատակարարման ներդրումային ծրագրերի մշակում և իրականացում։
Գործող վարկային և դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի շրջանակներում կիրականացվեն մի շարք քաղաքային և գյուղական բնակավայրերի ջրամատակարարման բարելավման կոյուղաջրերի մաքրման կայանների շինարարական աշխատանքներ։ «Արփա-Սևան» թունելների վերականգնման վարկային ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել գետերից Սևանա լճի մակարդակի բարձրացման և բնապահպանական կայունության պահպանման նպատակով Սևանա լիճ ջուր տեղափոխող Արփա-Սևան հիդրոհամակարգային թունելի որոշ հատվածների վերականգնումը, վերանորոգումը և շինարարությունը։
2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը այցելել էր «Արփա-Սևան» թունել՝ տեղում ծանոթացել թունելի վիճակին և վերականգնման աշխատանքներին ընթացքին.
ՀՀ կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ և Աբու-Դաբիի Զարգացման Հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ 2010-2017 թթ. իրականացվում է «Արփա-Սևան» թունելի առավել վթարային հատվածների հիմնանորոգման ծրագիր, որի նպատակն է՝ ապահովել Արփա-Սևան ջրատարի թունելների կայունությունը և անվտանգությունը ջրատարի ուղեծրի ողջ երկարությամբ:
Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ «Արփա-Սևան» թունելում իրականացվող շինարարական աշխատանքների նպատակը թունելի արտադրողականության բարձրացումն է՝ Սևանա լիճ տեղափոխվող ջրաքանակը կրկնապատկելու համար: Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում ակնկալվում է թունելի՝ տեխնիկական վիճակից կախված թողունակությունը 13.5 մ³/վրկ-ից հասցնել շուրջ 20 մ³/վրկ, որը հնարավորություն կտա տարեկան Սևանա լիճ տեղափոխել շուրջ 270 մլն մ³ ջրաքանակ:
