Քաղաքական գործիչը Հայաստանում գնաճի աճ և դրամի արժեզրկում է կանխատեսում

Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ վերջին տարիներին տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունները պայմանավորված էին Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության բռնկմամբ, որի արդյունքում բազմաթիվ մասնագետներ և ընկերություններ տեղափոխվեցին մեր երկիր՝ առևտրային հոսքերի որոշակի հատվածը վերածելով այն տարանցման հանգույց, բայց դա երկարաժամկետ արդյունքի չի հանգեցնում:
Դրա մասին դեկտեմբերի 26-ին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշել է «Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական ազգային ասոցիացիայի համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։
Նա կոչ է արել այս սպեկուլյատիվ հոսքերը իրական տնտեսական աճի հետ չշփոթել։
Քաղաքական գործիչը հավելել է, որ այս տարի սկսվել է ռուսաստանցի վերաբնակիչների արտահոսքը Հայաստանից, նոյեմբերին առաջին անգամ նվազել են Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրային հոսքերը, Հայաստանի հաջորդ տարվա պետական բյուջեն ընդունվել է հսկայական դեֆիցիտով։
«Մեր 30 տարվա պետական պարտքը ՀՆԱ-ի նկատմամբ կազմում է 50 տոկոս, իսկ հաջորդ տարի այդ ցուցանիշը կաճի մինչև 10 տոկոսով, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել գնաճի ավելացման, դրամի արժեզրկման, ներդրումների նվազմանը։
Այս տարի Հայաստանում խոշոր ներդրումներ չեն կատարվել՝ ելնելով անվտանգության իրավիճակից։ Դա վկայում է նրա մասին, որ առանց անվտանգության բաղադրիչի հնարավոր չէ տնտեսություն զարգացնել»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը։
