ՀՀ նախագահությամբ ԵՏՀ գործողությունների ծրագիրը հագեցած էր․ վարչապետը՝ ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հեռավար նախագահել է Եվրասիական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստը, որն անցկացվում է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում:

Նեղ կազմով նիստին վարչապետ Փաշինյանը ողջունել է նիստի մասնակիցներին և նշել, որ ավարտվում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մարմիններում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահության ժամկետը։ 

«Մեր նախագահության հիմնական առաջնահերթությունները, ինչպես հայտնի է, ընդգրկում էին տնտեսական համագործակցության առանցքային ոլորտները՝ էներգետիկ ոլորտում ընդհանուր շուկաների ստեղծումը, ԵԱՏՄ ներքին շուկայում խոչընդոտների վերացումը, տրանսպորտային և լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը և միջազգային հարաբերությունների ամրապնդումը։

Առաջնահերթությունների թվում էին նաև կոոպերացիոն ներուժի և թվային տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը, ինչպես նաև ՏՏ համայնքների ջանքերի համախմբումը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում նորարարական լուծումներ ներմուծելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Երկրի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ԵԱՏՄ մարմիններում Հայաստանի նախագահության առաջնահերթությունների իրականացման ուղղությամբ ԵՏՀ գործողությունների ծրագիրը հագեցած էր և արտացոլում էր հունվարյան իր ուղերձում ուրվագծված ընթացիկ ուղղությունները։ Վարչապետը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ մանրամասները Հանձնաժողովի կողմից կքննարկվեն ծրագրի իրականացումն ամփոփելիս։

«Օգտվելով առիթից՝ ցանկանում եմ երախտագիտություն հայտնել Խորհրդի անդամներին Հայաստանի նախագահության նախաձեռնությունների գործնական իրականացման գործում ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար, ինչպես նաև շնորհակալություն հայտնել Հանձնաժողովին՝ Կոլեգիայի նախագահ Բակիտժան Աբդիրի Սագինտաևի գլխավորությամբ, կատարված աշխատանքի համար»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

Հաջորդիվ տեղի է ունեցել ընդլայնված կազմով նիստը, որի ընթացքում ստորագրվել են ընդունված որոշումների արձանագրությունները:

Անդրադառնալով Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստը 2025 թ. մայիսին Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում անցկացնելու առաջարկին՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը չի մեկնի Բելառուս և նիստին կմասնակցի հեռավար։

«Մենք դեմ չենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստն անցկացվի Մինսկում, բայց ես նախապես ցանկանում եմ ասել, որ մեր պատվիրակությունն այդ նիստին կմասնակցի տեսակապի միջոցով»,- նշել է վարչապետը՝ հավելելով, որ այն հայտարարությունները, որոնցով ինքը հանդես է եկել Բելառուս այցելությունների վերաբերյալ, մնում են ուժի մեջ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ հայկական պատվիրակության՝ ԵԱՏՄ հաջորդ նիստին տեսակապի միջոցով մասնակցության մասին որոշումը քննարկման ենթակա չէ։
