Թուրքիան դավաճանեց «փոքր եղբորը»

Աշոտ Մովսիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Վերջերս ԵԽԽՎ-ում հակահայկական 2 բանաձև էր դրվել քվեարկության, որոնցից մեկն ընդունվել է, իսկ մյուսը, որը ներկայացրել էր բրիտանացի զեկուցող, ադրբեջանամետ Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերը՝ ոչ: Վերջինի («Բռնությունների աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում եւ Ադրբեջանի գրավյալ այլ տարածքներում») քվեարկության ժամանակ թուրքական պատվիրակությունը ներկա է եղել ոչ ամբողջական կազմով, ինչն ադրբեջանցիների մոտ ընկալվել է որպես դավաճանություն՝ ուղղաված պաշտոնական Բաքվին։
ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության անդամ Ֆազիլ Մուսթաֆաևը լրագրողի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել է Ուոլթերի կողմից ներկայացված զեկույցի տապալմանը, նշել, որ բանաձևի ընդունման համար Ադրբեջանին անհրաժեշտ էր ընդամենը 2 ձայն՝ հավելելով՝ «մեծ եղբայրն» անպատասխանտվություն է ցուցաբերել, պատվիրակության ամբողջական կազմով (18 անդամ) չի ներկայացել քվեարկությանը, ինչի հետևանքով պակասել է նախապես հաշվարկված ձայների քանակը, և խայտառակ պարտություն են կրել։
Ավելի հետաքրքրաշարժ է այն հանգամանքը, որ քվերակությանը չներկայացած պատգամավորներից 2-ը Թուրքիայում իշխող Արդարություն և զարգացում, իսկ 2-ը՝ Հանրապետաժողովրդական կուսակցության անդամներ են եղել։
Ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորին հատկապես կատաղեցնում է, այն փաստը, որ թուրքական պատվիրակությունն ամբողջական կազմով ներկա է եղել և 16 կողմ ձայն է տվել հակահայկական երկրորդ բանաձևին («Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչները կանխամտածված կերպով զրկվում են ջրից»), որն, համեմատած առաջինի, պակաս կարևոր էր։
Մի խոսքով, «մեծ եղբայրն» այդքան բաղձալի պահին «քցել է» «փոքր եղբորը»։
