Ով է գեղասահքի առաջին հայ չեմպիոնուհի 16-ամյա Եվգենիա Բաբասյանը (լուսանկար)

Երեկ, հունվարի 29-ին, Եվրոպայի գեղասահքի կանանց անհատական առաջնությունում չեմպիոնուհու կոչումը նվաճեց մեր պատանի հայրենակցուհին` 16-ամյա Եվգենիա Բաբասյան-Մեդվեդևան:
Եվգենիան գեղասահքով է զբաղվում 4 տարեկանից և արդեն հասցրել է մի քանի բարձրակարգ մրցումներում առաջատար դառնալ`2016թ Ռուսաստանի չեմպիոնուհի, 2015թ պատանիների Եվրոպայի չեմպիոնուհի: Այս պահին` նա Եվրոպայի ամենախոստումնալից գեղասահորդուհին է համարվում:
«Ես ուրախ եմ, որ մարդկանց իմ ելույթները դուր են գալիս, չէ որ ես ելույթ եմ ունենում ոչ միայն ինձ համար: Ես երբեք ինձ աստղ չեմ զգա, քանի որ իմ կողքին կան իսկապես արժանի սպորտսմեններ, ում ես հարգում եմ և նրանք շատ ուժեղ բնավորություն ունեն և իրենց աստղ չեն զգում »,-հարցազրույցներից մեկում նշել է Եվգենինան:
Եվգենիան ազգությամբ հայուհի է: Ծնվել է 1999 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին Մոսկվայում: Նրա հայրը Արման Բաբասյանն է, իսկ մայրը նախկինում գեղասահորդուհի է եղել: Ծնողներն ամուսնալուծված են, բայց Եվգենիան չի թաքցնում իր հայկական արմատները:
Եվգենիան դեռ սովորում է դպրոցում. «Դպրոցում հազվադեպ եմ լինում, իսկ դասերս անում եմ մարզումների ընթացքում, բայց 3-ներ չունեմ, դասընկերներիս շատ եմ կարոտում»,-ասում է երիտասարդ աղջիկը։
