Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու մասին խոսակցությունները չեն դադարում. հարցը պարբերաբար օրակարգ է բերում ադրբեջանական կողմը, որին վերջերս միացավ նաև պաշտոնական Մոսկվան:
Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հարցերով քաղաքական գերատեսչության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավորման հարցով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր կառույցները ենթակա են լուծարման:
Օրերս էլ «Արմենպրես»-ին տված հարցազրույցում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, արձագանքելով հարցին, թե ինչպիսի՞ն է Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու գաղափարի վերաբերյալ, ասել էր՝ կառուցողական:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը նկատել էր, որ հայկական կողմը հասկանում է այն դիրքորոշումը, որ եթե չկա կոնֆլիկտ, ինչ իմաստ ունի կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորմամբ զբաղվող ձեւաչափի գոյությունը:
Միևնույն ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատել էր՝ հայկական կողմն ուզում է համոզվել, որ հենց այս նույն տրամաբանությամբ է հարցին մոտենում Ադրբեջանը:
«Հանուն հանրապետության» կուսակցության արտաքին գործերի քարտուղար Առնոլդ Բլեյանը «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում տեսակետ է հայտնում, որ Ադրբեջանը ջանում է լուծարել Մինսկի խումբը, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ արցախահայության վերադարձի հարց չլինի:
Այս համատեքստում Բլեյանը հիշեցնում է՝ երբ հայկական կողմը բարձրաձայնում է արցախահայության վերադարձի հարցը, Ադրբեջանը խոսում է, այսպես ասած, «Արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիներ»-ի՝ Հայաստան վերադարձի մասին:
Ըստ նրա՝ նպատակը ոչ այնքան փախստականների վերադարձն է, որքան հայ հասարակության վրա հոգեբանական առումով ազդելն ու խաղաղության գործընթացը տորպեդահարելը:
