Լեհաստանը պատրաստ է ավելացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտահանումը Ուկրաինա, եթե Սլովակիայի վարչապետ Ռոբերտ Ֆիցոն կատարի երկրին էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահուստային մատակարարումները դադարեցնելու իր սպառնալիքը, Bloomberg-ին ասել է բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան։

Ըստ պաշտոնյայի, Լեհաստանի կառավարությունը պատրաստ է մեծացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի ներքին արտադրությունը՝ փոխհատուցելու ցանկացած անհավասարակշռություն, որից կտուժի Ուկրաինայի լարված համակարգը՝ Սլովակիայի որոշման դեպքում:

Վարշավայի հավաստիացումները հնչել են Ուկրաինայի տարածքով գազի տարանցման ապագայի շուրջ սրվող վեճի ֆոնին: Ֆիցոն հայտարսարել է, որ Սլովակիան, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, կդադարեցնի էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարումը, որն Ուկրաինային խիստ անհրաժեշտ է։

Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի սկսվելուց մոտ երեք տարի անց Բրատիսլավան շարունակում է հույսը դնել ռուսաստանյան «Գազպրոմի» էժան գազի վրա՝ ձախողելով ռուսաստանյան էներգիայից կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու Եվրամիության ձգտումը:

Ուկրաինայի տարածքով Եվրոպա ռուսաստանյան գազի մատակարարումների ժամկետը լրանում է դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, երբ ավարտվում է գործող պայմանագրի ժամկետը։ Թեև Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին բազմիցս ասել է, որ հունվարից թույլ չի տա գազի տարանցումը դեպի իր երկիր, նա հասկացրել է, որ բաց կլինի վառելիքի փոխադրման համար, բացի Ռուսաստանից, եթե Եվրահանձնաժողովը նման խնդրանք ներկայացնի։

Եվրահանձնաժողովը, որը մինչև պատերազմն օգնում էր Կիևի և Մոսկվայի միջև տարանցման համաձայնագրերի կնքմանը, չի մասնակցում բանակցություններին։ Փոխարենը այն ընդգծել է, որ կան այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներ, և որ տարածաշրջանում գազի պաշարները մեծ են։

Թեև ԵՄ-ն մտադիր է մինչև 2027 թվականն աստիճանաբար հրաժարվել Ռուսաստանից հանածո վառելիքի մատակարարումներից, սակայն գազը չի եղել 2022 թվականի փետրվարի ներխուժումից հետո Մոսկվայի դեմ բլոկի կողմից սահմանված պատժամիջոցների մասը: Սա նշանակում է, որ ընկերություններին դեռ թույլատրվում է պայմանագրեր կնքել և շարունակել ներմուծումը, քանի դեռ այդ համաձայնագրերը համապատասխանում են ԵՄ գործող կանոնակարգերին:
