Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների հետ առանձին հանդիպումներից ու քննարկումներից հետո Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Էդուարդ Հակոբյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Կոմիտեի ղեկավար անձնակազմի հետ։ Ամփոփվել ու նախանշվել են համակարգի գործունեության հետագա առաջնահերթությունները։ ՊԵԿ նախագահ Էդուարդ Հակոբյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ներկաներին՝ վերջին տարիներին կառույցի արձանագրած  ձեռքբերումների համար, որոնք պետությանը տեղափոխել են զարգացման նոր մակարդակ։ 2025 թվականին Կոմիտեի գործունեությունը պետք է հանգեցնի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու կյանքում դրական փոփոխությունների։ «ՊԵԿ-ի տեսլականը պետք է լինի՝ հասարակության համար դառնալ հզոր և պրոֆեսիոնալ ծառայություն մատուցող կառույց»,-ընդգծել է Էդուարդ Հակոբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ մարդակենտրոնությունը և մարդկային արժեքները լինելու են առաջնային։

Անդրադառնալով հարկային եկամուտների ապահովմանը՝ ՊԵԿ նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ 2024 թվականին հարկերը հավաքագրվել են տնտեսական զարգացումներին համահունչ։ Իրականացված վարչարարության արդյունքում ստվերի որոշակի նվազում է արձանագրվել, սակայն անելիքներ դեռ շատ կան։  Կոմիտեի ղեկավարը շեշտել է, որ ստվերի դեմ կոշտ և օբյեկտիվ պայքարը, դրա չափումների և գնահատումների էական բարելավումը լինելու է 2025-ի առաջնահերթություններից։ Էական ձեռքբերումներ են արձանագրվել միջազգային համագործակցության, ինչպես նաև թվայնացման ուղղություններով։ Թվայնացումն ակտիվ շարունակվելու է նաև եկող տարի։ 2025 թվականի օրակարգում է նաև ռիկսերի վերլուծությունների գործիքակազմի բարելավումը։ Առանցքային բարեփոխումներից է լինելու մաքսային ընթացակարգերում ժամանակատարության նվազեցումը։ Էդուարդ Հակոբյանն ընդգծել է, որ այս ուղղությամբ դրական փոփոխություններն ակնհայտ են, սակայն սահմանային անցակետերում ժամանակի կրճատումն առաջնահերթ է։

Կոռուպցիայի դեմ անխնա պայքարը ևս 2025-ի հիմնական առաջնահերթություններից է լինելու․ «Կոռուպցիոն և անօրիանական ցանկացած երևույթ կոշտ արձագանք է ստանալու»,-շեշտել է Էդուարդ Հակոբյանը։

Կոմիտեի ղեկավարը վստահեցրել է, որ հետևողական է լինելու նախանշված առաջնահերթությունների իրագործման ու առաջադրված խնդիրների լուծման հարցում՝ հորդորելով դրսևորել պատշաճ նախաձեռնողականություն ու երկարաժամկետ մտածողություն՝ նպաստելով համակարգի գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը և ամրապնդելով հասարակության կապը մեր մեծ ընտանիքի բյուջեի (պետական բյուջեի) հետ։
