ՔԿ նախագահը ՀՀ-ում Չինաստանի դեսպանի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատարի հետ քննարկել է համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արթուր Պողոսյանն այսօր ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Չեն Մինի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:

Արթուր Պողոսյանը ողջունել է դեսպանի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատարին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում և ընդգծել երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև ձևավորված փոխըմբռնումն ու վստահությունը, ինչպես նաև կարևորել իրավական փոխօգնության շրջանակում ձևավորված համագործակցությունը:

ՀՀ-ում Չինաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Չեն Մինը շնորհավորել է Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին նշանակման կապակցությամբ և շնորհակալություն հայտնել հանդիպման նախաձեռնության համար:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում Քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատակիցների կողմից Չինաստան կատարած ուսուցողական և ճանաչողական այցերին, ինչը, ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի, վկայում է երկու երկրների իրավապահ համակարգերի միջև համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակի մասին:

Կողմերը, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, պայմանավորվել են ակտիվացնել երկկողմ շփումներն իրավական փոխօգնության, տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ոլորտում հետագա համագործակցության ընդլայնման, ինչպես նաև փողերի լվացման, անդրազգային հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ուղղությամբ փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ դասընթացներ կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ:
