Անօրինական կերպով Ռուսաստանում գտնվող ներգաղթյալները պետք է մինչև ապրիլի 30-ը լքեն երկիրը կամ կարգավորեն իրենց իրավական վիճակը։ Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ստորագրած հրամանագրում, որը վերաբերում է անօրինական ներգաղթյալների արտաքսման մասին օրենքին, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Ռուսաստանում ապօրինի ներգաղթյալների արտաքսման ռեժիմը կգործի 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 5-ից։ Այն կտարածվի այն օտարերկրացիների վրա, որոնք օրինական հիմքեր չունեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում գտնվելու համար։ Այս կատեգորիայի բոլոր քաղաքացիները ենթակա են լինելու վերահսկվող անձանց ռեգիստրում ընդգրկմանը՝ մինչև երկրից նրանց վտարումը կամ իրավական իրավիճակի կարգավորումը։
Մինչև ապրիլի 30-ը ՌԴ-ն լքելու պահանջը չի տարածվի այն օտարերկրացիների վրա, որոնք ցանկանում են օրինական կերպով մնալ և համապատասխանում են անհրաժեշտ պայմաններին:
